Abstract

본원 발명의 압전 자기 조성물은 일반식 : aPb(MnxSb(2-4x)W(3x-1))O3-bPbTiO3-cPbZrO3로 표현되는 조성물의 상기 a, b, c를 각각 2≤a10, 40≤b≤52, 38≤c≤58, 0.35≤x≤0.48(단, a, b, c는 몰%이며, a+b+c=100이다)로 한 구성이며, 이러한 구성에 의하여 본 발명은 압전 상수와 기계적 품질 계수가 모두 크며 온도특성의 안정성이 우수하고, 게다가 저온소성이 가능한, 초음파 모터, 초음파 진동자, 압전 액츄에이터 등의 재료로서 사용하기에 적합한 압전 자기 조성물을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 일반식 : aPb(MnxSb(2-4x)W(3x-1))O3-bPbTiO3-cPbZrO|3로 표현되며, 상기 a, b, c는 각각 2≤a10, 40≤b≤52, 38≤c≤58, 0.35≤x≤0.48(단, a, b, c는 몰%이다)이고, a+b+c=100인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 자기 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압전 자기 조성물에, 마그네슘, 코발트 및 니켈 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 각각 Mg(OH)2, CoO, NiO로 환산하여 0.05중량% 이하의 비율로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 자기 조성물.
  3. 일반식 : aPb(MnxSb(2-4x)W(3x-1))O3-bPbTiO3-cPbZrO|3로 표현되며, 상기 a, b, c는 각각 2≤a10, 40≤b≤52, 38≤c≤58, 0.35≤x≤0.48(단, a, b, c는 몰%이다)이고, a+b+c=100이며, 또 납의 5몰% 이하가 칼슘, 스트론튬, 바륨 및 란탄 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 치환되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 자기 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 납의 5몰% 이하가 칼슘, 스트론튬, 바륨 및 란탄중에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 치환되어 있으며, 마그네슘, 코발트 및 니켈 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 각각 Mg(OH)2, CoO, NiO로 환산하여 0.05중량% 이하의 비율로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 자기 조성물.
