Abstract

그룹 A의 금속산화물로서 La2O3또는 Nd2O4가 첨가되고, 그룹B의 금속산화물로서 NiO, Fe2O4, SnO2또는 Ta2O5가 첨가된 식 Pb1-aMa{(Ni1-bZnb)1/3Nb2/3}TiZr2O3[식중 M은 Ba 또는 Sr, x-y-z=1]로 표시된 퍼브스카이트 기재의 고체용역으로 구성된 압전세라믹이 제공된다.
이 압전세라믹은 큰 압전상수 d와 고큐리점을 나타내므로 압전작동자의 재료로서 유용하다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하기식으로 표시되는 퍼브스카이트 기재의 고용체에
    Pb1-aMa[Ni1-bZnb)1/3Nb2/3]xTi|yZrzO3
    상기식에서 M은 Ba 또는 Sr, x + y + z=1
    a=0.01∼0.10
    b=0.50∼0.90
    x=0.15∼0.25
    y=0.35∼0.45
    z=0.35∼0.45을 나타냄,
    하기 그룹 A 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 산화물과 하기 그룹 B 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 산화물의 조합을 함유시킨 퍼브스카이트 고용체로 된 압전세라믹
    그룹 A ; La2O3및 Nd2O3
    그룹 B : NiO, Fe2O3,SnO2및 Ta2O3
    2. 제1항에 있어서, 그룹A 중에서 선택된 하나의 산화물의 금속이온이 원자당량으로 0.5∼2.0 함유하며, 또한 그룹B 중에서 선택된 하나의 산화물의 금속이온이 1.0≤N≤4.0의 관계를 만족시키는 양을 함유하는 압전세라믹.
    상기식에서 하기식으로 표시되는 퍼브스카이트 기재의 고용체 중 Pb와 M의 총계를 원자당량으로 100이라할 때, nAi는 그룹A 중에서 선택한 적어도 하나의 산화물의 금속이온의 원자가, nBj는 그룹 B 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 산화물의 금속이온의 원자가, xAi는 그룹 A중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 산화물의 금속이온의 원자당량, XBj는 그룹 B 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 산화물의 금속이온의 원자당량을 나타낸다.
