Claims (11)

  1. 다음 구조식으로 나타내며 Pb1-aMa(Mg1/3Nb2/3)xTiZr2O|3식 중 M은 Ba 또는 Sr, x+y=+z는 1, a는 0∼0.10이고 x는 0.05∼0.70, y는 0.25∼0.50, z는 0.05∼0.70 아래에 나타낸 그룹 A와 B :
    그룹 A : La2O3, Bi2O3및 Nd2O3
    그룹 B : NiO, Fe2O3, SnO2및 Ta2O5
    로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 산화물 각각을 함유하며, 단 NiO 또는 Fe2O3을 필수적으로 함유하는 고용체를 포함하는 페로브카타이트 고용체인 것이 특징인 강유전 세라믹재료.
  2. 제1항에서, 그룹 A로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 산화물의 금속이 La3+, Bi3+또는 Nd3+의 형으로 페로브스카이트 고용체 중에 존재하는 것이 특징인 강유전성 세라믹재.
  3. 제2항에서, 그룹 A로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 산화물의 금속이온은 페로브스카이트 고용체중에 존재하는 Pb 및 M의 합의 100원자당량을 기준하여 0.5∼5.0원자당량의 양으로 페로브스카이트 고용체 중에 존재하는 것이 특징인 강유전성 세라믹재.
  4. 제1항에서, 그룹 B로 부터 선택된 산화물의 금속은 Ni2+, Fe3+,,Sn4+또는 Ta5+의 형으로 페로브스카이트 고용체 중에 존재하는 것이 특징인 강유전성 세라믹재.
  5. 제4항에서, 그룹 B도 부터 선택된 산화물의 금속이온은 0.5N5.0 관계가 만족되는 양으로 페로브스카이트 고용체 중에 존재하며 여기서 N은 다음 식에 의해 정의되는 것이 특징인 강유전성 세라믹재.
    식 중 nAi및 nBj는 고용체중에 존재하는 그룹 A와 B의 산화물의 금속이온의 원자가이고 XAi및 XBj는 고용체중에 존재하는 그룹 A와 B의 산화물의 금속이온의 원자당량임.
  6. 다음 구조식으로 나타내며 Pb1-aMa(Mg1/3Nb2/3)xTiZr2O|3식 중 M은 Ba 또는 Sr, x+y=+z는 1, a는 0∼0.10이고, x는 0.05∼0.70, y는 0.25∼0.50, z는 0.05∼0.70 아래에 나타낸 그룹 A와 B:
    그룹 A : La2O3, Bi2O3및 Nd2O3
    그룹 B : NiO, Fe2O3, SnO2및 Ta2O5
    로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 산화물 각각의 함유하며, 단 NiO 또는 Fe2O3을 필수적으로 함유하는 고용체를 포함하는 페로브스카이트 고용체인 것이 특징인 강유전 세라믹재.
  7. 제6항에서, 그룹 A로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 산화물의 금속은 La3+, Bi3+또는 Nd3+의 형으로 페로브스카이트 고용체 중에 존재하는 것이 특징인 강유전성 세라믹재.
  8. 제7항에서, 그룹 A로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 산화물의 금속이온은 페로브스카이트 고용체중에 존재하는 Pb 및 M의 합의 100원자당량을 기준하여 0.5∼5.0원자당량의 양으로 페로브스카이트 고용체 중에 존재하는 것이 특징인 강유전성 세라믹재.
  9. 제6항에서, 그룹 B로 부터 선택된 산화물의 금속이 Ni2+, Fe3+,,Sn4+또는 Ta5+의 형으로 페로브스카이트 고용체 중에 존재하는 것이 특징인 강유전성 세라믹재.
  10. 제9항에서, 그룹 B로 부터 선택된 산화물의 금속이온은 0.5N5.0 관계가 만족되는 양으로 페로브스카이트 고용체 중에 존재하며 여기서 N은 다음 식에 의해 정의되는 것이 특징인 강유전성 세라믹재.
    식 중 nAi및 nBj는 고용체중에 존재하는 그룹 A와 B의 산화물의 금속이온의 원자가이고 XAi및 XBj는 고용체중에 존재하는 그룹 A와 B의 산화물의 금속이온의 원자당량임.
  11. 제6항에서, MnO2는 0.1∼2.0중량%의 양으로 고용체중에 존재하는 것이 특징인 강유전성 세라믹재.
