Claims (4)

  1. 금속산화화합물과 영구결합제 및 임시결합제로 구성되는 저항기 본체용 저항 페이스트에 있어서, 금속산화 화합물이 화학식; Pb2RhxRuz-xO7-y여기서 0.15≤x≤0.95, 그리고 0≤y≤를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항기본체용 저항페이스트.
  2. 제1항의 저항페이스트에 있어서, 영구결합제가 SiO2: 10 내지 45몰%, PbO : 25 내지 35몰%, BO1·5: 20 내지 60몰%, AlO1·5: 0 내지 15몰% 조성물을 가진 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 저항페이스트.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항의 저항페이스트에 있어서, 잔여합성물과 약하게 반응하고 약하게 용해되는 절연산화물을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항페이스트.
  4. 저항재료가 피복된 리드선을 가지고 있는 기판을 구비하는 저항기 본체에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 저항페이스트인 저항재료에서 문제의 페이스트를 가열시켜 임시 결합제를 제거시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 저항기 본체.
