Claims (4)
- 금속산화화합물과 영구결합제 및 임시결합제로 구성되는 저항기 본체용 저항 페이스트에 있어서, 금속산화 화합물이 화학식; Pb2RhxRuz-xO7-y여기서 0.15≤x≤0.95, 그리고 0≤y≤를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항기본체용 저항페이스트.
- 제1항의 저항페이스트에 있어서, 영구결합제가 SiO2: 10 내지 45몰%, PbO : 25 내지 35몰%, BO1·5: 20 내지 60몰%, AlO1·5: 0 내지 15몰% 조성물을 가진 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 저항페이스트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 저항페이스트에 있어서, 잔여합성물과 약하게 반응하고 약하게 용해되는 절연산화물을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항페이스트.
- 저항재료가 피복된 리드선을 가지고 있는 기판을 구비하는 저항기 본체에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 저항페이스트인 저항재료에서 문제의 페이스트를 가열시켜 임시 결합제를 제거시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 저항기 본체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
