Claims (7)
- 금속지지대 및 이 지지대의 적어도 일부분상에, 필수적을 (i)A가 Al,Rh 및 Cr으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된3가 상태의 원소이며, B는 Sb및 Ta으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 5가 상태의 원소이며, 금홍석형 구조를 가지는 화합물의 일반형인 ABO4,(ii)RuO2및 (iii)TiO2의 혼합 산화물의 화합물로서, ABO4의 몰 분율은 0.01∼0.42, RuO2의 몰분율은 0.03∼0.42, TiO2의 몰분율은 0.14∼0.96의 범위의 값을 가지는 전도 도금층으로 이루어지는 전기 화학 공정용 금속 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 몰 분율이 각각 ABO40.05∼0.3 RuO20.03∼0.3,TiO20.55∼0.92의 값을 가지는 전기 화학 공정용 금속 전극.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 몰 분율이 각각 ABO40.05∼0.2 RuO20.03∼0.2, TiO20.6∼0.92의 범위의 값을 가지는 전기 화학 공정용 금속 전극.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, A는 3가 A1인 전기 화학 공정용 금속 전극.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, B는 5가 Sb인 전기 화학 공정용 금속 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합 산화물의 화합물 조성이 A1SbO4ㆍRuO2ㆍ7.5TiO2인 전기 화학 공정용 금속 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합 산화물의 화합물 조성이 A1SbO4ㆍ2RuO2ㆍ9TiO2인 전기 화학 공정용 금속 전극.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
