Claims (1)

  1. 전기 유색도금에 의한 피막, 이온 플레이팅 유색피막 또는 화학유색피막과 같은 유색피막층의 위에 이온·플레이팅법에 의하여 산화 알루미늄, 산화 붕소, 산화 규소, 산화 인듐, 산화티탄, 산화지르콘, 산화탄탈, 기타 세라믹 코우팅재와 같이 적어도 얇은 막두께에서는 투명한 경질 산화 화합물의 피막을 막두께 0.0005μ 내지 3μ로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한 유색 경질 피막의 형성방법.
