Abstract
본 발명은 목적의 도금 기재용으로 적합하며 저온에서의 소성 결과 내열 스트레스성이 향상된(고도의 신뢰성을 갖는) 다층 축전기용 말단 전극 조성물을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 다층 축전기용 말단 전극 조성물은 귀금속 입자 및 유리 전이점이 400 내지 500℃이고 유리 연화점이 400 내지 500℃인 무기 결합제 0.5 내지 7중량%(귀금속 입자의 중량을 기준으로 하여)로 이루어져 있다.

Claims (4)
- 귀금속 입자, 및 유리 전이점이 400 내지 500℃이고 유리 연화점이 400 내지 550℃인 무기 결합제 0.5 내지 7중량%(귀금속 입자의 중량 기준)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 다층 축전기용 말단 전극 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 15 내지 30중량%의 SiO, 1 내지 18중량%의 B2O3, 35 내지 70중량%의 PbO로부터 선택된 1종 이상; 1 내지 20중량%의 ZnO 또는 CuO 중 1종 이상; 5 내지 20중량%의 Al2O3, ZrO2,또는 TiO2중 1종 이상; 0.5 내지 10중량%의 Na2O 또는 Li2O 중 1종 이상을 함유하는 유리 프리트로 이루어진 무기 결합제를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2항에 기재된 바와 같은 유리 프리트와, 0.01 내지 3중량%의 Al2O3, ZrO3, 또는 TiO2중의 1종 이상을 모두 함유하는 무기 결합제를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 귀금속 입자로서 입도가 0.05 내지 10㎛인 은 입자를 함유하는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
