Claims (2)

  1. Bak-xMx O kTiO2(단, M은 Mg 및 Zn의 적어도 한 종류의 금속, k는 1.0∼1.04의 범위의 값, x는 0.02∼0.05의 범위의 값)로 이루어지는 100중량부의 기본성분과, 25∼50몰%의 Li2O와 50∼75몰%의 SiO2로 이루어지는 0.2∼10.0중량부의 첨가성분과, 혼합물질을 소성하여 이루어지는 유전체 세라믹조성물.
  2. BaK-XMXOkTiO2(단, M은 Mg 및 Zn의 적어도 한 종류의 금속, k는 1.0∼1.04의 범위의 값, x는 0.02∼0.05의 범위의 값)로 이루어지는 100중량부의 기본성분과, Li2O와 SiO2와 MO(단, MO는 BaO,CaO 및 SrO의 적어도 한 종류의 금속산화물)로 이루어지는 0.2∼10.0중량부의 첨가성분과, 혼합물질을 소성한 것이며, 또 Li2O와 SiO2및 MO와의 조성범위가, 이들의 조성을 몰%로 나타내는 삼각도에 있어서의, Li2O가 5몰%, SiO2가 70몰%, MO가 25몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제1의 점(A)과, Li2O가 10몰%, SiO2가 50몰%, MO가 40몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제2의 점(B)과, Li2O가 49몰%, SiO2가 50몰%, MO가 1몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제3의 점(C)과, Li2O가 24몰%, SiO2가 75몰%, MO가 1몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제4의 점(D)과, 순서대로 연결하는 4개의 직선으로 둘러쌓인 영역내로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹조성물.
