Claims (4)
- 유전체 자기와, 자기에 접촉되어 있는 적어도 2개의 전극으로 이루어진 자기 콘덴서에 있어서, 자기가, 100중량부의 기본 성분과, 0.2∼10.0중량부의 첨가 성분으로 조성되며, 기본 성분이,(Ba1-v-wMevMgwO)k(Zr1-x-yTixSiy)O2(단 식중의 Me는 Sr 및 Ca중 적어도 1종의 원소, v는 0.005∼0.980의 범위의 수치, w는 0.001∼0.05의 범위의 수치, x는 0∼0.5의 범위의 수치, y는 0.005∼0.100의 범위의 수치, k는 0.8∼1.25의 범위의 수치를 표시함)이며, 첨가성분이 Li2O와 SiO2와MO( 단 MO는 BaO, MgO, ZnO, SrO 및 CaO중 적어도 1종의 금속산화물)의 조성을 표시하는 3각도에 있어서, Li2o가 1몰%, SiO2가 80몰%, MO가 19몰%인점 (A)와, Li2o가 1몰%, SiO2가 49몰%, MO가 50몰%인점 (B)와, Li2o가 25몰%, SiO2가 35몰%, MO가 40몰%인점 (C)와, Li2o가 50몰%, SiO2가 49몰%, MO가 1몰%인점 (D)와, Li2o가 19몰%, SiO2가 80몰%, MO가 1몰%인점 (E)를 순서대로 연결하는 5개의 직선으로 둘러 싸여진 영역내의 것임을 특징으로 하는 자기 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극은, 자기중에 파묻혀진 것임을 특징으로 하는 자기 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극은, 비금속으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 콘덴서.
