Claims (4)

  1. 유전체 자기와, 자기에 접촉되어 있는 적어도 2개의 전극으로 이루어진 자기 콘덴서에 있어서, 자기가, 100중량부의 기본 성분과, 0.2∼10.0중량부의 첨가 성분으로 조성되며, 기본 성분이,
    (Ba1-v-wMevMgwO)k(Zr1-x-yTixSiy)O2
    (단 식중의 Me는 Sr 및 Ca중 적어도 1종의 원소, v는 0.005∼0.980의 범위의 수치, w는 0.001∼0.05의 범위의 수치, x는 0∼0.5의 범위의 수치, y는 0.005∼0.100의 범위의 수치, k는 0.8∼1.25의 범위의 수치를 표시함)이며, 첨가성분이 Li2O와 SiO2와MO( 단 MO는 BaO, MgO, ZnO, SrO 및 CaO중 적어도 1종의 금속산화물)의 조성을 표시하는 3각도에 있어서, Li2o가 1몰%, SiO2가 80몰%, MO가 19몰%인점 (A)와, Li2o가 1몰%, SiO2가 49몰%, MO가 50몰%인점 (B)와, Li2o가 25몰%, SiO2가 35몰%, MO가 40몰%인점 (C)와, Li2o가 50몰%, SiO2가 49몰%, MO가 1몰%인점 (D)와, Li2o가 19몰%, SiO2가 80몰%, MO가 1몰%인점 (E)를 순서대로 연결하는 5개의 직선으로 둘러 싸여진 영역내의 것임을 특징으로 하는 자기 콘덴서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전극은, 자기중에 파묻혀진 것임을 특징으로 하는 자기 콘덴서.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전극은, 비금속으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 콘덴서.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 비금속은 니켈임을 특징으로 하는 자기 콘덴서.
