Claims (4)

  1. 하기식,
    (이 식에서, M은 La와 Nd중에서 선택된 1종 이상원소이고, x-y-z=1임)으로 표시되며 a=0.005∼0.03, b=0.5∼0.95, x=0.1∼0.4, y=0.3∼0.5, z=0.2∼0.5인 페로브스카이트형 고용체에 대해서, MnO2를 0.3∼1.0 중량%함유하는 것이 특징인 페로브스카이트형 고용체인 강유전성 세라믹스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식중 M이 La인 것이 특징인 페로브스카이트형 고용체인 강유전성 세라믹스.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식중 M이 Nd인 것이 특징인 페로브스카이트형 고용체인 강유전성 세라믹스.
  4. 제1∼3항중 임의의 1항에서, 강유전성 세라믹스가 엑추에이터로서 사용되는 것이 특징인 페로브스카이트형 고용체인 강유전성 세라믹스.
