Claims (4)
- 하기식,(이 식에서, M은 La와 Nd중에서 선택된 1종 이상원소이고, x-y-z=1임)으로 표시되며 a=0.005∼0.03, b=0.5∼0.95, x=0.1∼0.4, y=0.3∼0.5, z=0.2∼0.5인 페로브스카이트형 고용체에 대해서, MnO2를 0.3∼1.0 중량%함유하는 것이 특징인 페로브스카이트형 고용체인 강유전성 세라믹스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식중 M이 La인 것이 특징인 페로브스카이트형 고용체인 강유전성 세라믹스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식중 M이 Nd인 것이 특징인 페로브스카이트형 고용체인 강유전성 세라믹스.
- 제1∼3항중 임의의 1항에서, 강유전성 세라믹스가 엑추에이터로서 사용되는 것이 특징인 페로브스카이트형 고용체인 강유전성 세라믹스.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
