Abstract
본 발명은 xPb(Y2/3W1/3)O3-yPbZrO3-zPbTiO3를 기본조성으로하며(0.01 ≤x0.02, 0.215 ≤y, z ≤0.764 이고 z+y+x=1임) La2O3, MnO2, Nb2O2, Cr2O3및 Ta2O5중 어느 한가지를 0.1-1.0중량%함유하는 산화물 압전재료에 관한 것이다. 이와같은 본 발명의 산화물 압전재료는 전기기계 결합계수가 높고 기계적 품질계수가 낮으며 큰 압전상수를 가지므로 각종 진동자 및 음향필터의 소재로써 사용될 수 있을 뿐 아니라 액츄에이터 소재로서도 적합하다.

제1도는 본 발명의 조성범위를 나타낸 xPb(Y2/3W1/3)O3-yPbZrO3-zPbTiO33원계도, 제2도는 본 발명 실시예 시편의 Pb(YW)O3고용량에 따른 유전특성 및 압전특성을 나타낸 그래프.
Claims (2)
- xPb(Y2/3W1/3)O3-yPbZrO3-zPbTiO3계를 기본 조성으로 하고, 0.01 ≤x0.02, 0.215 ≤y, z ≤0.764(단, z+y+x=1임)의 조성범위를 갖는 산화물 압전재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가물로서 La2O3, MnO2, Nb2O2, Cr2O3및 Ta2O5중 어느 한가지를 0.1-1.0중량% 함유된 산화물 압전재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
