Abstract

본 발명은 고주파영역에서 유전체 자기공진기 및 집적회로용 기판의 재료로 사용되는 ZrO2-TiO2-SnO2계 고주파 유전체 자기조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유전체 자기조성물은, 산화지르코늄 38∼58중량%, 산화티탄 22∼43중량% 및 산화주석 9∼26중량%로 이루어진 기본조성물의 무게를 기준으로 산화아연 7중량% 미만, 산화니켈 10중량% 미만, 산화나이오븀 7중량% 미만 및 수화질화망간이 산화망간의 무게비로 환산하여 4중량% 미만 첨가되어 이루어진 조성으로서 1300∼1500℃의 산소분위기에서 소성함으로써 제조된다. 본 발명의 유전체 자기조성물은 8∼9GHz, 25℃에서 유전율 40이상, 품질계수 4000 이상, Q×f값이 40000 이상을 나타낸다.

Claims (2)

  1. 산화지르코늄 38∼58중량%, 산화티탄 22∼43중량% 및 산화주석 9∼26중량%로 이루어진 기본조성물의 무게를 기준으로 산화아연 7중량% 미만, 산화니켈 10중량% 미만, 산화나이오븀 7중량% 미만 및 수화질화망간이 산화망간의 무게비로 환산하여 4중량% 미만 첨가되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 고주파 유전체 자기조성물.
  2. 주성분과 소결조제의 성분이 제1항의 범위가 되도록 원료분말을 혼합하여 하소한 후 1300∼1500℃의 산소분위기에서 소성함을 특징으로 하는 고주파 유전체 자기조성물의 제조방법.
