Abstract

본 발명은 위치변위 시스템이나 유전체 공진기의 재료로 사용되는 고주파 유전체 자기조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 자기조성물은 주성분 Zr1-xSnxTi1+YO4(0.1〈X〈0.3, -0.1〈Y〈0.1)에 소결조제로 산화망간 0∼3 중량%와 산화니켈과 산화안티몬의 합이 0∼2 중량% 첨가되어 이루어진 조성으로, 이는 동 조성의 범위가 되도록 원료분말을 혼합하여 하소하고 분쇄한 후 소정형상으로 성형해서 1300∼1500℃의 산소분위기 중에서 소성함으로써 얻어진다. 본 발명의 고주파 유전체 자기조성물은 9GHz, 25℃에서 유전율 35이상, 품질계수 4000이상, Qxf값 40000 이상의 우수한 유전특성을 나타낸다.

Claims (2)

  1. 주성분이 Zr1-XSnXTi1+YO4인 유전체 자기조성물로서 몰비로 0.1〈X〈0.3, -0.1〈Y〈0.1이고, 주성분에 주성분의 무게를 100으로 하여 산화 망간(MnO2) 0∼3 중량%와 산화니켈(NiO) 및 산화안티몬(Sb2O3)의 합이 0 내지 2 중량% 첨가되어 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 유전체 자기 조성물.
  2. 주성분과 첨가제의 조성이 제1항의 범위가 되도록 원료분말을 혼합하여 하소한 후 1300∼1600℃의 산소분위기에서 소성함을 특징으로 하는 고주파 유전체 자기조성물의 제조방법.
