Claims (9)

  1. 납, 란탄, 지르코늄, 마그네슘, 아연, 니오븀, 망간, 크롬 및 산소원자로 구성된 조성물로서, 하기식(Ⅰ)의 주성분 조성에 대하여, 망간을 Mn2O로 환산하여, 1.5중량%이하의 양 크롬을 Cr2O3로 환산하여 0.5중량%이하의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 망간을 Mn2O로 환산하여 0.3중량%의 이상의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 망간을 Mn2O로 환산하여 0.4-1.2중량%의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 크롬을 Cr2O3로 환산하여 0.002중량%이상의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 식(Ⅰ)에서의 x가 0.05이하임을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 망간을 MnO2로 환산하여 0.3중량%미만의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 망간을 MnO2로 환산하여 0.05-10.25중량%의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 크롬을 Cr2O3로 환산하여 0.002중량%이상의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 식(Ⅰ)에서의 x가 0.05이하임을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
