Claims (8)

  1. 납, 란탄, 지르코늄, 티탄, 안티몬 및 산소원자로 이루어지는 세라믹 조성물이며, 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 주성분 조성에, 부성분으로서 안티몬을 5산화안티몬으로 환산하여 주성분에 대해 3.0중량%미만으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
    Pb(1-x)Lax〔ZryTi(1-y)(1-x/4)O3…(I)
    (단, 0〈x〈0.08, 0.50〈y〈0.65)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)에 있어서, 0.02x0.07, 0.52y0.60인 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 안티몬을 5산화안티몬으로 환산하여 주성분에 대해 0.5~2.5중량%로 함유하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)에 있어서, 0.05x0.07, 0.56y0.60인 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 안티몬을 5산화안티몬으로 환산하여 주성분에 대해 0.5~1
    .0중량%로 함유하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)에 있어서, 0.02x0.07, 0.52y0.60이며, 안티몬을 5 산화안티몬으로 환산하여 주성분에 대해 0.5~1.0중량%로 함유하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)에 있어서, 0.05x0.06, 0.56y0.58이며, 안티몬을 5 산화안티몬으로 환산하여 주성분에 대해 0.5~1.0중량%로 함유하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)에 있어서, 0.06x0.07, 0.58y0.60이며, 안티몬을 5 산화안티몬으로 환산하여 주성분에 대해 0.5~1.0중량%로 함유하는 작동기용 압전 세라믹 조성물.
