Claims (4)

  1. 은-주석(4.5중량%을 넘어 12중량%까지)-지르코늄(0.05-0.1중량%)합금을 10이상-200atm의 산소분위기 아래서 내부산화 시켜 전기접점재료를 얻는 전기접점재료의 내부산화법.
  2. 전기 은합금은 철족원소의 1개 또는 복수개의 0.001-1%를 함유하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 내부산화법.
  3. 10이상-200atm의 산소분위기 아래서 내부산화한 은-주석(4.5중량%를 넘어 12중량%까지)지르코늄(0.05-0.1중량%)합금으로 되는 전기 접점재료.
  4. 전기 은합금은 철족원소의 1개 또는 복수개와 0.001-1중량%를 함유하는 특허청구의 범위 제3항 기재의 전기 접점재료.
