Claims (7)

  1. 95몰% Pb(Mg1/3, Nb2/3)O3, 5몰% PbTiO3및 0.5 중량% Pb(Mn1/3, Nb2/3)O3를 포함하는 주성분과, PbO와 ZnO를 포함하는 보조성분을 구성하고 있는 Pb(Mg1/3, Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3-Pb(Mn1/3, Nb2/3)O3계고유전율 자기조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조성분이 ZnO에 대해 50∼93중량%의 PbO를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고유전율 자기조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주성분에 첨가된 보조성분의 양이 0.25∼1.25중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 고유전율 자기조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보조성분이 ZnO에 대해 67∼90중량%의 PbO를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고유전율 자기조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 주성분에 첨가된 보조성분의 양이 0.3∼1.25중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 고유전율 자기조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 보조성분이 ZnO에 대해 80∼90중량%의 PbO를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 고유전율 자기조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 주성분에 첨가된 상기 보조성분의 양이 0.5∼1.25중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 고유전율 자기조성물.
