Abstract
전압의존성 비직선성자항체 또는 배리스터 세라믹 조성물은 본래 (1) 식:{Sr(1-x-y)BaxCay}zTiO3(식중, 0.3〈x≤0.9, 0.1≤y 0.5, x+y≤1 및 0.84〈z〈1.16)의 산화물 85~99.997mol%와, (2) 니오브, 탄탈, 텅스텐, 망간 또는 R(단, R은 이트륨 또는 란탄족)의 적어도 1종의 산화물 0.001~5.000mol%와, (3) SiO20.001~5.000mol%와, (4) MgO 0.001~5.000mol%로 이루어져 있다. 조성물을 변화시키지 않고 재산화온도를 변화시켜서 배리스터전압을 제어하면, 배리스터전압의 넓은 범위에 걸쳐서 만족스러운 비직선계수α가 확보될 수 있다. 열처리 온도에 대한 배리스터전압의 의존성은 감소한다.

제1도는 배리스터의 개략단면도, 제2도는 소정의 전류에서 배리스터에 대한 전압의 측정시 사용되는 회로도, 제3도는 열처리 또는 재산화 온도의 함수로서 E10을 도시한 그래프.
Claims (2)
- (1) 식:{Sr(1-x-y)BaxCay}zTiO3(식중, 몰비를 나타내는 x, y, z는 0.3〈x≤0.9, 0.1≤y 0.5, x+y≤1 및 0.84〈z〈1.16)의 산화물 85~99.997mol%와, (2) 니오브, 탄탈, 텅스텐, 망간 및 R(단, R은 이트륨과 란탄족에서 선택)의 산화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택한 적어도 1종의 산화물을 Nb2O5, Ta2O5, WO3및 R2O3(단, R2O3는 R이 Pr인 경우는 R6O11또는 R이 Ce인 경우 R2O로 대신함)으로 각각 환산해서 0.001~5.000mol%와, (3) SiO20.001~5.000mol%와, (4) 마그네슘산화물을 MgO로 환산해서 0.001~5.000mol%로 본래 이루진 것을 특징으로 하는 전압의존성 비직선저항체세라믹조성물.
- 20℃에서 10mA의 전류의 전도에 의해 발전된 전압E10이 각각 2V, 5V, 10V 및 20V인 경우에 비직선계수α2,α5,α10 및α20을 지니는 청구항1의 조성물에 있어서,α2는 적어도 2.0,α5는 적어도 3.0,α10은 적어도 3.5,α20은 적어도 4.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 전압의존성비직선성저항체세라믹조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
