Claims (6)
- Pb계의 고유전율자기 조성물에 있어서 일반식xPb(Zn 1/3 Nb 2/3)O3-yPb(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3) O3-z Pb TiO3로 나타낼때 각각의 성분을 정점으로 하는 제1도에 나타낸 3원도의a (x=0.50, y=000, z=0.50) b (x=1.00, y=0.00, z=0.00)c (x=0.20, y=0.80, z=0.00) d (x=0.05, y=0.90, z=0.05)로 표시되는 각점을 연결하는 선안의 조성의 Pb의 일부를 1∼35mol의 Ba 및 Sr중 적어도 한가지로 치환한 것을 특징으로 하는 고유전율자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또한 산화망간 및 산화코발트중 적어도 한가지를 0.01∼0.5wt%첨가함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 고유전율자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1도의 3원도의 a.b를 연결하는 선분위의 조성의 Pb의 일부를 10∼35mol의 Ba및 Sr중 적어도 한가지로 치환한 것을 특징으로 하는 고유전율 자기 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항의 고유전율 자기 조성물을 이용하여 만들어진 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제4항에 있어서, 세라믹 콘덴서가 적층으로된 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제1항의 고유전율 자기 조성물을 이용하여 만들어진 전기 왜형소자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
