Claims (3)
- 산화연(pbo), 삼산화철(Fe2O3), 오산화니오븀(Nb2O5), 오산화탄탈(Ta2O5), 삼산화텅스텐(WO3), 산화아연(pbo)의 산화물을 pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3-pb(Fe1/2Ta1/2)O3-pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-pb( Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3의 4성분계에 조성하는 이에 산화망간(MnO2)을 첨가하여서된 것을 특징으로 하는 고유전율계 세라믹콘덴서 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서 pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3-pb(Fe1/2Ta1/2)O3-pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3의 4성분계의 몰비를 각각 0.4∼0.55mol%, 0.1∼0.4mol%, 0.1∼0.3mol%, 0.05∼0.2mol%의 범위로 하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 고유전율계 세라믹콘덴서 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3-pb(Fe1/2Ta1/2)O3-pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3-pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3의 4성분에 산화망간(MnO2)를 0.05∼0.2cation%를 첨가하여서된 것을 특징으로 하는 고유전율계 세라믹콘덴서 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
