Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento de hidroformilación no acuoso para producir aldehídos, el cual comprende hacer reaccionar un compuesto orgánico olefínicamente insaturado que contiene de 2 a 20 átomos de carbono, con monóxido de carbono e hidrógeno, en un medio de reacción de hidroformilación no acuoso que contiene un compuesto orgánico olefínicamente insaturado, un producto de aldehído, un catalizador complejo de rodio solubilizado y un grupo coordinador de fósforo y un grupo coordinador de fósforo libre solubilizado y en donde las condiciones de reacción de hidroformilación comprenden una temperatura de reacción de aproximadamente 45 grados C a aproximadamente 200 grados C, una presión de gas total de hidrógeno, monóxido de carbono y el compuesto olefínicamente insaturado de menos de aproximadamente 35.15 kilogramos por centímetro cuadrado absoluta, una presión parcial de monóxido de carbono de desde aproximadamente 0.0703 a 8.44 kilogramos por centímetro cuadrado absoluta, una presión parcial de hidrógeno de aproximadamente 0.703 a 11.25 kilogramos por centímetro cuadrado absoluta y en donde el medio de reacción contiene por lo menos aproximadamente 2 moles del grupo coordinador de fósforo libre total por mol de rodio en el medio.
