Claims (12)

1.Himerni peptid koji sadrži prvi domen, drugi domen i opciono vezujuću sekvencu, te prvi domen sadrži transportnu sekvencu i drugi domen sadrži JNK inhibitornu sekvencu, naznačen time što prvi domen sadrži sve-D retro-inverzo sekvence amino kiseline u skladu sa SEQ ID NO:6 te time što drugi domen sadrži sve-D retro-inverzo sekvence amino kiseline u skladu sa SEQ ID NO:2, pri čemu je prvi domen vezan na C-terminalni kraj drugog domena direktno ili pomoću pomenute vezujuće sekvence koja obuhvata 1 do 10 amino kiselina.
2.Himerni peptid prema zahtevu 1, naznačen time što vezujuća sekvenca sadrži 1 do 5 amino kiselina.
3.Himerni peptid prema zahtevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je vezujuća sekvenca sastavljena od L amino kiselina, D amino kiselina ili od njihove kombinacije.
4.Himerni peptid prema bilo kom od zahteva od 1 do 3, naznačen time što transportna sekvenca povećava staničnu absorpciju peptida.
5.Himerni peptid prema bilo kom od zahteva od 1 do 4, naznačen time što transportna sekvenca usmerava nuklearnu lokalizaciju peptida.
6.Himerni peptid prema bilo kom od zahteva od 1 do 5, naznačen time što himerni peptid ima modifikaciju na C-terminalnom kraju.
7.Himerni peptid prema zahtevu 6, naznačen time što je C-terminalni kraj modifikovan sa amidnom modifikacijom.
8.Farmaceutska kompozicija, naznačena time što sadrži himerni peptid prema bilo kom od zahteva od 1 do 7, te farmaceutski prihvatljiv nosač.
9.Upotreba himernog peptida prema bilo kom od zahteva od 1 do 8 naznačena time što je za pripremanje farmaceutske kompozicije za tretman patofiziologije koja je izabrana iz malignih bolesti pluća, dojki, limfoidnog, gastrointestinalnog i genito-urinarnog trakta kao i iz adenokarcinoma, uključujući maligna stanja poput raka debelog creva, karcinoma renalnih ćelija, raka prostate, karcinoma velikih ćelija u plućima, raka tankog creva i raka ezofagusa, kao i leukemija, kancera sa Bcr-Abl onkogenim transformacijama, psorijaza, pemphigus vulgaris, Behcet-ovog sindroma, akutnog respiratornog stresnog sindroma (ARDS), ishemične bolesti srca, sindroma nakon dijalize, reumatoidnog artritisa, sindroma stečene imuno dificijencije, vaskulitisa, septičkog šoka, restenoze, gubitka sluha, trauma uva, ishemije, kapi; reperfuzijskih ozleda, hipoksije, sekundarnih efekata zbog tretmana sa proinflamatornim citokinima, dijabetesa, srčane i kardijalne hipertrofije i arteriosklerotičnih lezija, patoloških stanja usled jonizacijske radijacije tokom radioterapije i zračenja sa ultravioletnim svetlom (UV svetlo), patološka stanja indukovana uz pomoć agenasa koji oštećuju DNK, uključujući hemoterapeutske lekove, hipo- i hipertermija, bolesti zapaljenja, auto-zapaljenja, imunih i auto-imunih bolesti, degenerativnih bolesti, miopatija, kardiomiopatija i odbacivanje transplantata.
10.Upotreba himernog peptida prema zahtevu 9 naznačena time što je za pripremanje farmaceutske kompozicije za lečenje šloga, moždane traume, ozlede kičmene moždine, amiotrofične lateralne skleroze, Huntingtonove bolesti, Alzheimerove bolesti i Parkinsonove bolesti.
11.Upotreba prema zahtevu 9, naznačena time, što je farmaceutska kompozicija namenjena za davanje putem za administraciju koji je izabran iz grupe koja obuhvata intraperitonealnu, nazalnu, intravenoznu, oralnu administraciju i administraciju pomoću flastera.
12.Komplet (kit), naznačen time, što sadrži himerni peptid prema bilo kom od zahteva od 1 do 7.
