Abstract
L'invention concerne des molécules de liaison bispécifiques se liant à la fois à VEGF et à Ang2, de préférence sous la forme de domaines variables uniques d'immunoglobuline, tels que des VHH et des anticorps à domaine, des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant celles-ci et leur utilisation dans le traitement de maladies qui sont associées à des effets à médiation par VEGF et/ou Ang2 sur l'angiogenèse. L'invention concerne en outre des acides nucléiques codant pour des molécules de liaison bispécifiques, des cellules hôtes et des procédés de préparation associés.
