Description
Išradimas skirtas augalų apsaugai, konkrečiai kovai su nepageidaujama augalija, naudojant sulfonilkarbamido darinius.
Žinomas metil-2[ [ [ 4-metii-6-metoksi-l,3,5-triazin-2il] amino] karbonil] sulfonil-3-chlorbenzoato panaudojimas herbicidu. Tačiau minėtas herbicidas pasižymi nepakankamu biologiniu poveikiu.
Išradimo tikslas padidinti herbicidinį poveikį.
Šis tikslas pasiekiamas, panaudojant kovos su nepageidautina augalija būdą, numatantį kultivuojamų kultūrinių augalų apdorojimą I formulės sulfonilkarbamido dariniu:
kurioje R - C1-C4 - alkilas, R7 - metilas, C1-C3 - alkoksilas, CH2OCH3, CH2OCH2CH3, CH2CN, CH2F, CHFCH3 ir CF2H, X - NH (CH3) , N (CH3) 2, naudojant 4-250 g/ha.
Žemiau pateikiami išradimo junginių geidaujama augalija pavyzdžiai, gavimą, taip budo panaudojimą, iliustruojantys šio pat kovos su nepa2 pavyzdys
3-Metil-2-(fenilmetiltio)-benzoinė rūgštis,
1-metiletilo esteris
Į sumaišytą sauso tetrahidrofurano (125 ml] kalio hidrido aliejuje (6,3 g) suspensiją ratūroje inertinėje atmosferoje buvo lėtai 10 benzilmerkaptano (6,11 ml) . Po 15 minučių dedama 3-metil-2-nitrobenzoinės rūgšties, esterio (11,23 g) ir gautas mišinys buvo naktį kambario temperatūroje. Reakcijos atskiriamas 6N natrio hidroksidu (25 ml) (150 ml). Organinė fazė buvo džiovinama filtruojama., koncentruojama silikageliu, ekstrahuojama iš heksane ir buvo gautas 13,7 džiagos pavadintas junginys, ir 35% 0°C tempepripilama buvo pri1-metiletilo maišomas per mišinys buvo ir etilacetatu magnio sulfatu, ir chromatografuojama adsorbento 5% etilacetatu g geltonos aliejinės me20

Metil-2-(chlorsulfonil)-3-metilbenzoatas.
Į sumaišytą metil 3-metil-2-(fenilmetiltio)-benzoato (24 g), dichlormetano (700 ml) , vandens (150 ml) ir koncentruotos druskos rūgšties (34 ml) suspensiją, laikytą 0°C temperatūroje, buvo lėtai pripilama 5% natrio hipochlorito (450 ml) . Gauta geltonos spalvos suspe’nLT 3521 B sija buvo maišoma 1 valandą 0°C temperatūroje. Dichlormetano fazė buvo džiovinama magnio sulfatu, filtruojama, koncentruojama ir pertrinama su chlorbutano ir heksano mišiniu, ir buvo gautas 14 g baltos kietos medžiagos pavadintas junginys, lyd.t. 114-116°C.

Etil-2-[ ((dimetil)-(1,1-dimetiletil)sililamin)-sulfonil] -3-nitrobenzoatas
Etil 2-(chlorsulfonil)-3-nitrobenzoato (14,7 g), aminot-butildimetilsilano (15,4 g) ir natrio bikarbonato (3,5 g) suspensija dichlormetane (300 ml) buvo maišoma kolboje, užkimštoje kamščiu, 4 dienas kambario temperatūroje. Po to buvo pripilama vandens (90 ml) ir prisotinto vandeninio bikarbonato (45 ml) ir mišinys sumaišomas. Po to dichlormetaninė fazė buvo džiovinama magnio sulfatu, filtruojama, koncentruojama ir chromatografuojama silikageliu, ekstrahuojama iš adsorbento 20% etilacetatu heksane, ir buvo gautas 12,9 g baltos kietos medžiagos pavadintas junginys, lyd.t. 101-102°C.

Metil 2[ ((dimetil)-1,1-dimetiletil)sililamino)-sulfonil]-3-trifluormetilbenzoatas
N-[ (dimetil)-(1,1-dimetil)-silil] -2-trifluormetil-benzosulfonamido tirpalas (17,5 g) sausame tetrahidrofurane (250 ml) buvo veikiamas 2,5 M butilličiu (46 ml) 50°C temperatūroje ir buvo kaitinamas 1,5 valandos inertinėje atmosferoje iki 0°C temperatūros. Po to, mišinys buvo atšaldomas iki -78°C ir į tirpalą pripilama metilchlorformiato sausame tetrahidrofurane (300 ml) , esant -78°C. Gautas mišinys buvo maišomas 1,5 valandos -78°C temperatūroje inertinėje atmosferoje, o po to prisotintu vandeniniu amonio chlorido tirpalu (100 ml) reakcija buvo nutraukiama. Pakaitinus iki 0°C, tetrahidrofurano fazė buvo džiovinama magnio sulfatu, filtruojama, išgarinama ir chromatografuojama silikageliu, ekstrahuojama iš adsorbento 20% chlorbutanu, 10% tetrahidrofuranu ir 70% heksanu, ir buvo gautas
2,13 g baltos kietos medžiagos pavadintas junginys.

2-(dimetil-(1,1-dimetiletil)-sililamino)-3-metilbenzoinės rūgšties, etilo esterio (0,36 g) ir 0-fenil-N[ 4-dimetilamino-6-(2,2,2-trifluoretoksi)-1,3,5-triazin2—ii] karbamato (0.39 g) tirpalas acetonitrile (10 ml) buvo veikiamas 1M tetrabutilamonio fluoridu tetrahidrofurane (1,1 ml). Mišinys buvo maišomas 2 valandas. Reakcijos mišinį atskiedus vandeniu (20 ml) ir parūgštinus N druskos rūgštimi, gautos nuosėdos buvo filtruojamos, praplaunamos vandeniu ir heksanu/eteriu, džiovinamos oru ir buvo gautas 0,28 g baltos kietos medžiagos pavadintas junginys, lyd.t. 134-142°C.

- IŠRADIMO APIBRĖŽTISKovos su nepageidautina augalija būdas, apdorojant kultivuojamus kultūrinius augalus sulfonilkarbamido dari5 niu, besiskiriantis tuo, kad sulfonilkarbamido dariniu naudojamas I formulės junginys :I, kurioje R - C^-C^-alkilas, Rx - metilas, Cx-C3-alkoksilas, CH2OCH3, CH2OCH2CH3, CH2CN, CH2F, CHFCH3 ir CF2H, X - NH(CH3), N(CH3)2, naudojant 4-250 g/ha.
