Abstract

본 발명은 통내분사형 내연기관에 관한 것으로서, 피스톤(22)의 상면에 오목부(22A)를 형성하고, 엔진의 연소실(27)내에 도입된 흡기흐름을 상기 엔진의 시린더헤드(21)의 하면(21A)으로부터 상기 피스톤(22)의 상면방향으로 향하고, 다른 시프노(22)의 상면부로부터 실린더헤드(21)의 하면(21A)방향으로 향하는 세로와류를 생성조장하는 동시에 상기오목부(22A)의 세로와류의 출구쪽의 모서리가, 상기 오목부(22A)의 세로와류의 입구쪽의 모서리보다도 무디게 형성하고, 이에 의해, 연료를 상기 연소실(27)에 직접 분사하는 통내분사형 내연기관에 관하고, 특히 희박한 혼합기를 안정된 상태에서 층형상연소시키고 저연비화를 도모하는 동시에, 희박한 혼합기보다도 농후한 혼합기를 연소했을 대에도 고출력화를 도모할 수 있고, 고효율의 내연기관을 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (17)

  1. 내연기관의 실린더헤드하면(21A)과 실린더내에 끼워넣어진 피스톤상면으로 형성된 연소실(27)과 상기 연소실(27)의 실린더헤드하면(21A)에 배설된 흡기밸브와, 상기 연소실(27)의 실린더헤드하면(21A)에 배설된 배기밸브와, 하단부가 상기 흡기밸브를 개재해서 상기 연소실(27)에 연통로되고, 상기 연소실(27)내에 흡기의 세로와류를 생성하는 흡기포트(24)와, 하단부가 상기 배기밸브를 개재해서 상기 연소실(27)에 연통되고, 상기 연소실(27)내의 연소가스를 배출하는 배기포트(25)와, 상기 연소실(27)의 실린더헤드하면(21A)에 배설된 점화플러그(30)와 상기 연소실(27)내에 직접연료를 분사하는 연료분사수단(H)을 구비하고, 상기 피스톤(22)은, 이 피스톤(22)상면에 설치되고, 상기 흡기밸브를 개재해서 상기 연소실(27)에 도입되는 흡기에 의한 상기 세로와류의 생성을 조장하는 오목부(22A)를 가지고, 상기 오목부둘레가장자리의 상기 세로와류의 입구쪽의 모서리부(M)는, 상기 오목부둘레가장자리의 상기 세로와류의 출구쪽의 모서리부(M2)보다도 무디게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오목부둘레가장자리의 상기 세로와류의 입구쪽은, 상기 피스톤(22)의 상면과 상기 오목부(22A)의 내면으로 구성되는 상기 모서리부M1가 상기 피스톤(22)상면으로부터 상기 오목부(22A)쪽으로 경사지는 경사부로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 경사부(M1)는, 상기 피스톤의 상면쪽으로부터 상기 오목부(22A)의 내면쪽으로 향해서 완만한 둥그스름한 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 경사부(M1)는, 상기 피스톤(22)의 상면쪽으로부터 상기 오목부(22A)의 내면쪽으로 향해서 직선형상으로 경사지는 경사면으로서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 경사부(M1)는, 상기 오목부둘레가장자리의 입구쪽의 상기 내연기관의 크랭크샤프트축선방향의 양단부가, 상기 세로와류의 출구쪽을 향해서 뻗도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  6. 제2항 ∼ 제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 경사부(M1)는, 상기 오목부둘레가장자리의 입구쪽중앙부로부터 상기 양단부쪽을 향해서 크기가 점차감소하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오목부둘레가장자리의 상기 세로와류의 출구쪽은, 상기 피스톤(22)의 상면과 상기 오목부(22A)의 내면으로 구성되는 모서리부가 에지형상(M2)으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 오목부둘레가장자리의 상기 출구쪽의 모서리부가 날카롭게 뾰족해진 에지형상(M2)으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 오목부둘레가장자리의 상기 세로와류의 출구쪽이 상기 내연기관의 크랭크샤프트축선 및 실린더축선을 포함한 가상 평면(40)과 대략 평행하게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡기밸브가 상기 연소실(27)의 한쪽에 설치되는 동시에, 상기 오목부(22A)는 적어도 상기 흡기밸브와 대향하도록, 상기 피스톤(22) 꼭대기면의 중앙으로부터 상기 한쪽으로 편심해서 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신분사형 내연기관.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 오목부(22A)는 상기 세로와류의 흐름방향에 따른 단면형상이, 원호형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 오목부(22A)는 구면형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더헤드하면(21A)이, 상기 한쪽에 형성된 흡기밸브쪽 경사하면과 상기 다른쪽에 형성된 배기밸브쪽 경사하면으로 이루어진 펜트루프형상으로 형성되고, 상기 피스톤(22)의 꼭대기면이, 상기 흡기밸브쪽 경사하면 및 배기밸브쪽 경사하면에 각각 대응하도록 형성된 흡기밸브쪽 경사상면 및 배기밸브쪽 경사상면을 가진 상기 펜트루프형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 오목부(22A)는, 상기 흡기밸브쪽 경사사면에 형성되고, 또 그 상기 세로와류의 출구쪽이 상기 오목부(22)의 상기 세로와류의 입구쪽보다도 높게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 오목부(22A)가 상기 흡기밸브쪽 경사상면 및 배기밸브쪽 경사상면에 걸쳐서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 배기밸브쪽 경사상면과 상기 오목부(22A)의 내면으로 구성되는 모서리부가, 상기 오목부둘레가가장자리의 상기 세로와류의 출구쪽으로서 에지형상(M2)으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡기포트(24)는, 상기 가상편면(40)의 한쪽에 형성되고, 또한, 상기 가상평면(40)을 따라서 상기 실린더헤드(21)내로 상하방향으로 뻗는 것을 특징으로 하는 통내분사형 내연기관.
