Abstract
본 발명은 직접분사식 가솔린엔진에 관한 것으로서, 인젝터(13)가 연소실(3A)에 설치되어 연료를 직접 분사시킬 수 있도록 한 직분식엔진(1)에 있어서, 상기 직분식엔진(1)의 실린더블록(2) 상부에 구비한 실린더헤드(10)에 흡기포트인 역텀블포트(11)를 연소실(3A)과 연통 형성하고, 역텀블포트(3A)의 상부에는 서지탱크(18)를 직접 연결 설치하여 직분식엔진(1)의 높이 크기를 최소화시킨 것으로 실차 적용에 있어 직분식 엔진의 적용이 보다 용이하고, 혼합가스를 점화플러그로 와류상태에서 유동시키는 피스톤의 캐비터 형상 가공을 보다 용이하게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)
- 인젝터(13)가 연소실(3A)에 설치되어 연료를 직접 분사시킬 수 있도록 한 직분식엔진(1)에 있어서, 상기 직분식엔진(1)의 실린더블록(2) 상부에 구비한 실린더헤드(10)에 흡기포트인 역텀블포트(11)를 연소실(3A)과 연통 형성하고, 역텀블포트(3A)의 상부에는 서지탱크(18)를 직접 연결 설치하여 직분식 엔진(1)의 높이 크기를 최소화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 직접분사식 가솔린엔진.
- 연소실(3A)에 연료를 직접 분사시키는 인젝터(13)가 연료가스를 점화시키는 점화플러그가 실린더헤드(10)에 설치된 직분식엔진(1)의 피스톤(6)에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(6)의 상부면에 만곡형 와류발생부(7)를 형성시켜 분사연료와 공기와의 혼합가스 유동흐름을 높여 점화플러그(14)로 유동강도를 증대시킬 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 직접분사식 가솔린엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 헤드(10)에 형성한 역텀블포트(11)는 직립형으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는직접분사식 가솔린엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 역텀블포트(11)에 연결설치한 서지탱크(18)은 헤드커버(20)의 중앙 내측에 설치하고, 높이는 헤드커버(20)의 외부로 돌출되지 않게 한것을 특징으로 하는 직접분사식 가솔린엔진.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(6)의 만곡형 와류발생부(7)는 일측에는 소정위치(P)까지 만곡부로 형성하고, 소정위치(P)에서 일측 상부에는 돌출부(7B)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 직접분사식 가솔린엔진.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
