Abstract

본 발명은, 자동차 등에 탑재되는 기통내분사형 불꽃점화식 내연기관용의 실린더헤드에 관하여, 연료분무의 흐트러짐방지 등을 도모하는 기술에 관한 것으로서, 연료분무의 흐트러짐의 방지외에, 실린더헤드의 내압리이크테스트나 연료계의 리이크테스트의 용이화를 도모한 기통내분사형 불꽃점화식내연기관의 실린더헤드를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 실린더헤드(2)에는, 연료분사밸브(4)와 연소실(5)을 연통하는 분사통로(60)가 형성되어 있다. 분사통로(60)는, 그 단면적이 연료분사밸브(4)의 분출구(50)쪽으로부터 연소실(5)쪽으로 향해서 증대하도록 형성되고, 또한 연소실(5)쪽의 끝부분이 흡기포트(13)의 연소실(5)에의 개구단부(흡기개구단부)(61)을 따른 형상으로 되어 있다. 또, 분사통로(60)에는, 분출구(50)쪽의 내벽이 절삭가공에 의해 테이퍼형상의 시일시이트면(62)으로 해서 형성되어 있고, 이 부분에 있어서의 단면적의 변화비율(증대비율)이 다른 부위(단면적급증부(63))에 비해서 작게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 실런더(cylinder)(6)의 내벽, 동실린더(6)에 상하 슬라이딩 자재하게 유지된 피스톤(piston)(7)의 상부면 및 실린더헤드(cylinder head)(2)의 하부면에 의해 한정된 연소실(5)과, 상기 실린더헤드(2)에 배설되고, 상기 연소실(5)내에 직접 연료를 분사하는 연료분사밸브(4)와 상기 연소실(5)내에 분사된 연료를 점화하는 점화장치(3)를 구비한 기통내분사형 불꽃점화식 내연기관(1)에 있어서, 상기 실린더헤드(2)에, 상기 연료분사밸브(4)의 분출구(50)와 상기 연소실(5)을 연통하는 동시에, 그 단면적이 상기 분출구쪽으로부터 상기 연소실쪽으로 향함에 따라서 증대하는 분사통로(60)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기통내분사형 불꽃점화식 내연기관의 실린더헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(6)의 축선을 포함하는 가상기준면의 한쪽에 있어서 상기 연소실에 개구하는 흡기개구끝부분(61)과, 상기 흡기개구끝부분(61)에서부터 위쪽을 향해서 뻗어 형성된 직립형의 흡기포트(port)(13)를 구비하고, 상기 분사통로(60)가 상기 흡기개구끝부분(61)에 인접한 위치에서 상기 연소실에 개구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기통내분사형 불꽃점화식 내연기관의 실린더헤드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분사통로(60)의 단면적의 변화비율은, 상기 연료분사밸브(4)쪽이 상기 연소실(5)쪽에 비해서 작게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기통내분사형 불꽃점화식 내연기관의 실린더헤드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분사통로(60)의 상기 연료분사밸브(4)쪽에 시일(seal)시이트면(62)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기통내분사형 불꽃점화식내연기관의 실린더헤드.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 시이트면(62)이 상기 분사통로(60)의 상기 연료분사밸브(4)쪽의 내벽에 테이퍼(taper)형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기통내분사형 불꽃점화식 내연기관의 실린더헤드.
