Abstract

연료 인젝터 노즐(24)은 연료 인젝터와 그 장착소켓의 공동축선에 평행 또는 평행하지 않는 방향으로 러너내로 연료를 주입하고, 연료가 주입되는 노즐 오리피스(26)는 러너(14)내에 놓이도록 장착소켓(20)의 작은 챔버(22)를 넘어 배치되고 러너에서 장착소켓의 작은 챔버내에 놓이지 않는 위치에서 오리피스로부터 연료를 주입한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 공기가 엔진 실린더내로 유도되는 흡기 러너와 소켓이 교차하는 러너의 길이의 한 부분에 예각으로 러너를 교차하는 연료 인덱터 장착소켓내에서 공동축선방향으로 배치된 전기작동연료 인젝터로 구성된 스파크 점화 내연기관으로서, 상기 장착 소켓은 러너와 교차하는 소켓에 바로 인접한 작은 챔버, 상기 작은 챔버의 적어도 부분이 상기 러너로부터 밀봉되지 않은 위치에서 상기 소켓에 상기 연료 인젝터의 주변을 밀봉하도록 배치된 0-링 시일로 구성되며, 상기 연료 인젝터는 연료가 상기 엔진 실린더의 흡기구쪽으로 향하는 상기 러너를 통해 지나는 공기와 비말주입을 위해 상기 러너내로 주입되는 노즐로 구성되고, 상기 연료 인젝터 노즐은 주입된 연료가 연료 인젝터를 빠져나가는 오리피스 수단으로 구성된 내연기관에 있어서, 상기 오리피스 수단은 상기 러너내에 놓이도록 그리고 상기 작은 챔버내에 놓이지 않은 위치로부터 연료를 주입하도록 상기 작은 챔버를 넘어 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료 인젝터의 오리피스 수단은 몸체부분이 디스크를 바로 넘어 배치된 림을 갖춘 상태로 상기 노즐의 상기 몸체 부분내에 가로질러 배치된 디스크에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오리피스 수단은 연료 인젝터의 축선상에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인젝터 노즐은 상기 소켓과 상기 연료 인젝터의 공동축선과 평행하지 않은 방향으로 상기 오리피스 수단으로 부터 연료를 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.
