Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 엔진에 있어 연료를 연소실로 직접 분사하므로서 연료와 공기의 성층화를 꾀하여 연비효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 밸브를 이용한 직접 연료분사장치에 관한 것으로, 엔진의 연소실 상방에 흡기포트와 배기포트에 흡기밸브와 배기밸브를 설치하는 것에 있어서, 상기 배기포트 또는 흡기밸브를 비관통하는 실린더헤드의 살부분에 장착되는 인젝터와, 상기 인젝터의 분사구와 밸브가이드를 연결하는 연결통로와, 상기 밸브가이드의 내주면에는 연결통로와 연통하며 내주면으로 비교적 넓은 폭을 수용하는 로타리환형통로 및 상기 배기밸브의 밸브스템 내부에는 밸브판 저부측에서 관통되고 상기 로타리환형통로와 연통하는 연결로를 가지는 분사노즐을 구비하여 인젝터에서 분사되는 연료가 밸브스템에 형성된 분사노즐을 통하여 연소실로 직접 분사할 수 있도록 구성한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 엔진의 연소실 상방에 흡기포트와 배기포트에 흡기밸브와 배기밸브를 설치하는 것에 있어서, 상기 배기포트(또는 흡기포트)를 관통하지 않도록 실린더헤드의 살부분에 장착되는 인젝터와; 상기 인젝터의 분사구와 밸브가이드를 연결하는 연결통로와; 상기 밸브가이드에는 연결통로와 통하는 로타리환형통로; 및 상기 배기밸브의 밸브스템 내부에는 밸브판 저부측에서 관통되고 상기 로타리환형통로와 연통하는 연결로를 가지는 분사노즐과;를 구비하여 인젝터에서 분사되는 연료가 밸브스템에 형성된 분사노즐을 통하여 연소실로 직접 분사되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 밸브를 이용한 직접 연료분사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브가이드의 내주면에 형성되는 로타리원형통로는 밸브스템의 승강작동시 분사노즐로 항시 연료를 유입시킬 수 있도록 폭 넓게 형성함을 특징으로 하는 밸브를 이용한 직접 연료분사장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분사노즐은 배기밸브에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 밸브를 이용한 직접 연료분사장치.
