Abstract

본 발명은 직접분사식 디젤기관의 흡기장치에 관한 것으로서, 초기에 연소를 억제하도록 하여 노킹과 녹스를 저감하기 위해, 연료 분사위치가 실린더보어(1)의 중심에 위치되도록 실린더헤드(3)에 분사노즐(2)이 장치되고, 연소실 내에 와류를형성하도록 하는 흡기포트(5)가 실린더헤드(3)에 형성되며, 상기 흡기포트와 흡기다기관(6)이 연통되고, 상기 흡기다기관내에서 칸막이(8)가 설치되어, 분사노즐(2)에서 분사되는 연료가 실린더보어(1)의 중심부에 분사되어, 피스톤 상단면의캐비티(4) 중심 내에서 사방으로 퍼지게 되며, 흡기포트(5)에 의해 실린더헤드(3)의 연소실 내에 와류가 형성되고, 와류가 실린더보어(1)의 중심주위를 회전하고, 실린더보어(1)의 중심에서 착화가 시작되게 되며, 칸막이(8)에 의해 배기순환가스가 와류측에 환류되어, 실린더보어(1)의 중심위치에 큰비율의 배기순환가스가 분포되고, 외주위치에 저비율의 배기순환가스가 분포되도록 하는 기관의 흡기장치이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 연료 분사위치가 실린더보어(1)의 중심에 위치되도록 실린더헤드(3)에 분사노즐(2)이 장치되고, 연소실 내에 와류를 형성하도록 하는 흡기포트(5)가 실린더헤드(3)에 형성되며, 상기 흡기포트와 흡기다기관(6)이 연통되고, 상기흡기다기관 내에서 칸막이(8)가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 기관의 흡기장치.
