Abstract

엔진에서 배기포트(63)를 다수형성하는 것은 연소실 형상에서 점화플러그(61)와의 관계 그리고 흡기 포트(62)와의 관계를 고려하여야 하기 때문에 배기포트(63)의 크기 및 수에는 제한을 받게 되어 배기효율의 증대가 제한적이 됨을 개선하기 위하여, 실린더 헤드(52)의 연소실 위치에 설치됨과 아울러 흡기포트를 제거한 상태로 형성된 다수의 배기포트(1,2)와, 상기한 실린더헤드(52)의 연소실에 연결됨과 아울러 고압 공기를 분사하여 연료와 연소실 내부에서 혼합기를 형성하게 되는 강제 공급수단을 포함하여 구성함으로써 엔진 출력을 향상시킬수 있게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동차용 엔진에 있어서, 실린더 헤드(52)의 연소실 위치에 설치됨과 아울러 흡기포트를 제거한 상태로 형성된 다수의 배기포트(1,2)와, 상기한 실린더헤드(52)의 연소실에 연결됨과 아울러 고압 공기를 분사하여 연료와 연소실 내부에서 혼합기를 형성하게 되는 강제 공기 공급수단을 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 엔진.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 강제 공기 공급수단은 에어클리너(58)에 연결된 펌프(3)와, 상기한 펌프(3)에 연결됨과 아울러 연소실 내부에 설치된 공기 인젝터(4)와, 상기한 펌프(3)와 공기 인젝터(4)의 분사시기를 제어하는 ECU(5)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 엔진.
