Abstract
실란의 100%를 가수 분해 및 축합하기에 이론적으로 충분한 양 이상으로 첨가된 물과 테트라메톡시실란의 숙성 혼합물 및 혼합물에서 실란의 가수분해 및 축합 반응의 산물과 축합할 수 있는 둘 이상의 반응기를 갖는 반응성 유기 화합물로 이루어지는 경화성 조성물.

Claims (17)
- 실란의 100%를 가수 분해 및 축합하기에 이론적으로 충분한 양 이상으로 첨가된 물과 테트라메톡시실란의 숙성 혼합물 및 혼합물에서 실란의 가수분해 및 축합 반응의 산물과 축합할 수 있는 둘 이상의 반응기를 갖는 반응성 유기 화합물로 이루어지는 경화성 조성물.
- 100%의 실란을 가수 분해 및 축합하기에 이론적으로 충분한 양 이상으로 테트라메톡시실란에 물을 첨가시키고, 그 결과의 혼합물을 숙성시키고, 숙성 혼합물에서 실란의 가수분해 및 축합 반응의 반응산물과 축합 가능한 둘 이상의 반응기를 갖는 반응성 유기 화합물을 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 숙성이 pH 1∼3에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 물 이외의 다른 용매가 숙성시에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 10A 이하의 회전 반경을 갖는 테트라메톡시실란의 가수분해 축합물의 미립자를 함유하는 용액과 미립자에 함유된 축합 반응성 반응기와 축합 가능한 둘 이상의 반응기를 갖는 반응성 유기 화합물을 혼합함으로 수득되는 경화성 조성물.
- 10A 이하의 회전 반경을 갖는 테트라메톡시실란의 가수분해 축합물의 미립자를 함유하는 용액과 미립자에 함유된 축합 반응성 반응기와 축합 가능한 둘 이상의 반응기를 갖는 반응성 유기 화합물을 혼합하고, 그 결과의 혼합물을 더 방치함으로 수득되는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항, 제3항, 제4항 또는 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테트라메톡시실란으로서 단량체의 함량이 1중량% 이하인 올리고머를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 실란 커플러로서 하기 구조식을 갖는 성분으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물:
- 제1항, 제5항, 제6항, 제7항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매로서 1가 C1-C3알콜을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항, 제5항, 제6항, 제7항, 제8항 또는 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아세트산, 말레산, 옥살산 및 푸마르산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항, 제5항, 제6항, 제7항, 제8항, 제9항 또는 제10항에 따른 경화성 조성물로 도포된 무기 분말.
- 제11항에 있어서, 도포된 무기 분말이 수산화알루미늄 또는 탄산칼슘인 무기 분말.
- 충전재로서 제11항 또는 제12항에 따른 무기 분말을 수지 성분 및 강화 수지와 혼합하고, 그 혼합물을 압착 성형함으로 수득되는 FRP.
- 제1항, 제5항, 제6항, 제7항, 제8항, 제9항 또는 제10항에 따른 경화성 조성물로 도포하고, 100℃ 미만으로 건조하여 수득된 도포 필름.
- 30㎛ 이하의 두께를 가지며, 10중량% 이상의 농도로 SiO2를 함유하고, 180℃에서 10㎜Ø 굽힘에서 조차 균열을 야기하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 투명한 도포 필름.
- 30㎛ 이하의 두께를 가지며, 10중량% 이상의 농도를 SiO2를 함유하고, 180℃에서 6㎜Ø 굽힘에서 조차 균열을 야기하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 투명한 도포 필름.
- 30㎛ 이하의 두께를 가지며, 10중량% 이상의 농도로 SiO2를 함유하고, l80℃에서 3㎜Ø 굽힘에서 조차 균질을 야기하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 투명한 도포 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
