Abstract

오목부의 기록트랙과 블록부의 기록트랙의 양쪽에 신호를 기록하도록 한 광디스크매체, 광디스크장치 및 광디스크 트랙킹방법에 관한 것으로서, 랜드트랙과 그루브트랙의 접속점을 용이하게 그리고 확실하게 검출해서 트랙킹서보의 극성을 전환할 수 있고, 또 트랙킹 오프세트보상을 단시간에 정확하게 실행할 수 있도록 하기 위해서, 적어도 푸시풀방식의 트랙킹센서를 갖는 광헤드, 트랙킹센서의 차신호를 생성하는 차신호 검출부, 차신호에서 2진화 차신호를 생성하는 차신호 파형정형부 및 2진화 차신호에서 식별신호부에 대응한 식별신호 게이트신호를 출력하는 재생차신호 처리부를 갖고, 광디스크매체를 기록재생할 때 2진화 차신호의 파형에서 기록섹터 식별신호의 타이밍을 검출하고, 이 타이밍에 따라서 섹터동기를 확보하도록 하였다.
이것에 의해, 식별신호의 배치에서 트랙킹극성을 확실하게 검출하는 것이 가능하게 되고 랜드/그루브의 트랙접속점을 확실하게 검출할 수 있게 되었으며, 섹터구성의 광디스크로 싱글나선 랜드/그루브기록 포맷을 실현할 수 있게 된다은 효과가 얻어진다.

Claims (3)

  1. 디스크상에 원주형상으로 형성된 홈부와 이 홈부 사이의 홈사이부의 양쪽을 정보기록부로 하고, 정보기록부에 광빔의 조사에 의한 국소적 광학정수변화 또는 물리형상변화를 발생시키는 것에 의해 정보신호가 기록됨과 동시에 디스크매체 1회전분에 상당하는 상기 홈부의 기록트랙과 디스크매체 1회전분에 상당하는 상기 홈사이부의 기록트랙을 교대로 접속해서 1개의 기록나선을 형성한 광디스크매체로서, 상기 기록트랙은 길이가 동일한 정수개의 기록섹터로 구성되고, 각각의 상기 기록섹터의 선두부분에는 어드레스정보등을 나타내는 식별신호를 포함하기 위한 식별신호부가 인접하는 기록섹터의 식별신호부와 동일반경상에 정렬하도록 배치되고, 상기 홈부의 기록섹터에는 상기 식별신호부가 상기 식별신호를 포함하고 있고, 상기 식별신호부의 제1부분이 홈부의 중심에서 반경방향의 한쪽 방향으로 일정량 변위해서 배치됨과 동시에 상기 식별신호부의 제2부분의 홈부의 중심에서 반경방향의 다른쪽 방향으로 상기 일정량과 동일량 변위에서 배치된 광디스크매체에 정보를 기록 재생하는 광디스크장치에 있어서, 적어도 푸시풀방식의 트랙킹센서를 갖는 광헤드, 상기 트랙킹센서의 차신호를 생성하는 차신호 검출부, 상기 차신호에서 2진화 차신호를 생성하는 차신호 파형정형부 및 상기 2진화 차산호에서 상기 식별신호부에 대응한 식별신호 게이트신호를 출력하는 재생차신호 처리부를 갖고, 상기 광디스크 매체를 기록재생할 때 상기 2진화 차신호의 파형에서 기록섹터 식별신호의 타이밍을 검출하고, 이타이밍에 따라서 섹터동기를 확보하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크장치.
  2. 디스크상에 원주형상으로 형성된 홈부와 이 홈부 사이의 홈사이부의 양쪽을 정보기록부로 하고, 정보기록부에 광빔의 조사에 의한 국소적 광학정수변화 또는 물리형상변화를 발생시키는 것에 의해 정보신호를 기록함과 동시에 디스크매체 1회전분에 상당하는 상기 홈부의 기록트랙과 디스크매체 1회전분에 상당하는 상기 홈사이부의 기록트랙을 교대로 접속해서 1개의 기록나선을 형성한 광디스크매체로서, 상기 기록트랙은 길이가 동일한 정수개의 기록섹터로 구성되고, 각각의 상기 기록섹터의 선두부분에는 어드레스정보등을 나타내는 식별신호를 포함하기 위한 식별신호가 인접하는 기록섹터의 식별신호부와 동일반경상에 정렬하도록 배치되고, 상기 홈부의 기록섹터에는 상기 식별신호부가 상기 식별신호를 포함하고 있고, 상기 식별신호부의 제1부분이 홈부의 중심에서 반경방향의 한쪽 방향으로 일정량 변위해서 배치됨과 동시에 상기 식별신호부의 제2부분이 홈부의 중심에서 반경방향의 다른쪽 방향으로 상기 일정량과 동일량 변위에서 배치된 광디스크매체에 정보를 기록재생하는 광디스크장치에 있어서, 적어도 푸시풀방식의 트랙킹센서를 갖는 광헤드, 상기 트랙킹센서의 차신호를 생성하는 차신호 검출부, 상기 차신호에서 2진화 차신호를 생성하는 차신호 파형정형부, 상기 2진화 차신호에서 상기 기록섹터가 홈부인지 홈사이부인지를 판정해서 극성검출신호를 출력하는 재생차신호 처리부 및 극성 검출신호를 사용해서 트랙킹서보극성의 설정을 실행하는 극성제어부를 갖고, 상기 광디스크매체를 기록재생할 때 각 기록섹터의 식별신호부의 제1부분과 제2부분을 재생하고 있을 때의 상기 2진화 차신호에 나타나는 상기 광디스크매체의 반경방향의 변위의 방향과 그 변위의 방향의 순에 의해 이 섹터가 홈부의 기록섹터인지 홈사이부의 기록섹터인지를 판정하고, 그 판정결과에 따라서 상기 기록섹터의 정보기록부를 트랙킹할 때의 트랙킹서보극성의 설정을 실행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크장치.
  3. 디스크상에 원주형상으로 형성된 홈부와 이홈부 사이의 홈사이부의 양쪽을 정보기록부로 하고, 정보기록부에 광빔의 조사에 의한 국소적 광학정수변화 또는 물리형상변화를 발생시키는 것에 의해 정보신호를 기록함과 동시에 디스크매체 1회전분에 상당하는 상기 홈부의 기록트랙과 디스크매체 1회전분에 상당하는 상기 홈사이부의 기록트랙을 교대로 접속해서 1개의 기록나선을 형성한 광디스크매체로서, 상기 기록트랙은 길이가 동일한 정수개의 기록섹터로 구성되고, 각각의 상기 기록섹터의 선두부분에는 어드레스정보등을 나타내는 식별신호를 포함하기 위한 식별신호부가 인접하는 기록섹터의 식별신호부와 동일반경상에 정렬하도록 배치되고, 상기 홈부의 기록섹터에는 상기 식별신호부가 상기 식별신호를 포함하고 있고, 상기 식별신호부의 제1부분이 홈부의 중심에서 반경방향의 한쪽 방향으로 일정량 변위에서 배치됨과 동시에 상기 식별신호부의 제2부분이 홈부의 중심에서 반경방향의 다른쪽 방향으로 상기 일정량과 동일량 변위해서 배치되고, 상기 홈부의 기록섹터에 있어서 상기 식별신호부의 제1부분과 제2부분은 또 각각이 기록섹터의 트랙킹극성정보를 포함한 광디스크매체에 정보를 기록재생하는 광디스크장치에 있어서, 적어도 푸시풀방식의 트래킹센서를 갖는 광헤드, 상기 트랙킹센서의 합신호를 생성하는 합신호 검출부, 상기 합신호에서 2진화 합신호를 생성하는 합신호 파형정형부, 상기 2진화 합신호에서 데이타를 재생하는 재생신호 처리부 및 트랙킹서보극성의 설정을 실행하는 극성제어부를 갖고, 상기 광디스크매체를 기록재생할 때 각 기록섹터의 상기 식별신호의 상기 재생데이타에 포함되는 상기 극성정보에 따라서 이 섹터가 상기 홈부의 기록섹터인지 상기 홈사이부의 기록섹터인지를 식별함과 동시에 이 극성정보에 따라서 이 기록섹터의 정보기록부를 트랙킹할 때의 트랙킹서보극성을 설정하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크장치.
