Abstract
본 발명은 용기내에 채워진 고품질 음료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 용기를 음료로 체우기 전에 질소가스 분위기를 가지게 함으로써 사실상 환원 상태가 되게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 방법에 따라, 빈 용기의 내측은 사실상 무산소 상태로 만들어지고, 불활성가스의 존재하에서 또는 환원 상태에서 준비된 음료가 용기안에 채워진다. 따라서, 원료를 준비하는 단계를 포함하여 음료를 용기안에 채우고 밀봉하는 단계을 통한 본 발명을 구성하는 모든 단계들이 계속적으로 환원상태에서 행해져서 용기안에 채워지는 고품질 음료를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (9)
- 용기내에 채워진 고품질 음료를 제조하는 방법으로서, 용기를 음료로 채우기 전에 질소가스 분위기를 가지도록 함으로써 사실상 환원 상태가 되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고품질 음료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음료가 커피인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제l항에 있어서, 필러 탱크의 헤드 공간도 질소가스 분위기를 가지도록 함으로써 사실상 환원 상태가 되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제l항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용기 안에 채워지는 음료 자제, 음료를 준비하는데 사용되는 물, 주원료 또는 부원료, 또는 이들 모두가 미리 환원되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 커피 분말을 질소가스 분위기에서 환원수, 온수, 고온수, 비등수 또는 증기로 달여내고 추출하여, 얻어진 커피를 사용하여 용기내에 채워진 음료를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 커피 분말을 질소가스 분위기에서 환원수, 온수. 고온수, 비등수 또는 증기로 달여내고 추출하는 단계로부터 시작하여, 얻어지는 커피를 용기안에 밀봉하는 단계를 통한 공정이 계속적으로 질소가스 분위기에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원료를 준비하는 단계를 포함하는 음료 제조의 전제 공정이 계속적으로 사실상 환원상태에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된, 용기안에 채워진 고품질 음료.
- 제l항의 방법에 따라 제조된, 용기안에 채워진 고품질 커피.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
