Claims (2)

  1. 과실주의 원료과실을 으깨어 주발효 및 저장작업을 하는 발효조에 있어서 탄산마그네슘과 탄산칼슘을 주성분으로 하는 도로마이트입자를 첨혼하여 발효 및 숙성케함을 특징으로 하는 과실주의 양조법.
  2. 과실주의 원료에는 위스키, 소주, 청주 및 탁주의 원료과실을 포함하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 방법.
