Claims (1)

  1. 오동의 잎과 꽃등의 오동액을 채취하여 Aspergilus niger 효소액으로 처리하여 발효시키고 팽화 분쇄 처리한 것을 사삼, 당귀, 구귀자 즙액에 혼합하여 발효탱크에 넣고 Saccharo myces cerevisiae 효모 현탁액을 첨가 발효시킨 다음 증류수를 첨가 숙성한후 여과함을 특징으로 하는 발효법에 의한 오동주의 제조 방법.
