Abstract

본 발명의 혈액 여과 장치는, 유리 섬유 필터와 미공질 막을 포함하는 혈액 여과 물질; 및 혈액 유입구 및 여액 배출구를 가지며 미공질 막이 여액 배출구 쪽에 위치하도록 혈액 여과 물질을 수용하고 혈액 여과 물질과 여액 배출구 사이에 공간을 제공하고 여액 배출구 쪽에 혈액 여과 물질이 점착되는 것을 방지하기 위한 수단이 제공되는 홀더(holder)를 포함하는 것이다. 이러한 혈액 여과 장치를 사용함으로써, 분석용으로 필요한 용량의 혈장 및 혈청을 혈액의 헤마토크리트 값에 상관 없이 확실하게 분리시킬 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 유리 섬유 필터와 미공질 막을 포함하는 혈액 여과 물질; 및 혈액 유입구 및 여액 배출구를 가지며, 미공질 막이 여액 배출구 쪽에 위치하도록 혈액 여과 물질을 수용하고 혈액 여과 물질과 여액 배출구 사이에 공간을제공하고 여액 배출구 쪽에 혈액 여과 물질이 점착되는 것을 방지하기 위한 수단이 제공되는 홀더 (holder)를 포함하는 혈액 여과 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 점착을 방지하기 위한 수단이 액체 통로를 이탈하도록 배열된 고체 물질인 혈액 여과 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 고체 물질과 혈액 여과 물질과의 접촉 면적이 여과시 유효 여과 면적의 1 내지 10%인 혈액 여과 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 고체 물질이 돌기부 또는 스페이서로 구성된 혈액 여과 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 혈액 여과 물질과 혈액 유입구 사이에 제공된, 혈액 여과 물질의 전체 표면에 걸쳐서 혈액과 접촉될 수 있는 공간을 추가로 포함하는 혈액 여과 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 여과 장치로부터 분리될 수 있는 혈장 수용기를 추가로 포함하는 혈액 여과 장치.
  7. 유리 섬유와 미공질 막을 포함하는 혈액 여과 물질; 혈액 유입구 및 여액 배출구를 가지며 미공질 막이 여액 배출구 쪽에 위치하도록 혈액 여과 물질을 수용하고 혈액 여과 물질과 여액 배출구 사이에 공간을 제공하는 홀더; 및 여액 배출구 쪽의 혈액 여과 물질위에 제공되고 혈액 여과 물질보다 면적이 작은 구멍을 가짐으로써 여액의 배출을 조절하는 유동 면적 조절 부재를 포함하는 혈액 여과 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 구멍의 면적이 혈액 여과 물질의 바닥 면적의 50 내지 90%인 혈액 여과 장치.
  9. 혈액 응고 방지제를 함유하는 혈액 여과 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 혈액 유입구로부터 혈액 응고물의 유출을 중지시키는 응고물 확인 부재가 제공되는 혈액 여과 장치.
