Claims (11)

  1. 주입구 및 배출구를 구비하며, 유동액 통로를 한정하며 직렬의 두개의 필터가 상기 통로를 통해 연장되는 하우징을 포함하는 마이크로-필터 장치에 있어서, 제1필너튼 예-필터이며, 제2필터는 기공에 의해 여결된 2면을 지닌 무기 막이며, 제1면 근접 부위의 직경은 제2면 근접 부위의 직경보다 더 크며, 제1면은 막의 상부 측면에 위치하는 마이크로-필터 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 제2필터는 제1면으로부터 연장된 큰 기공 시스템을 지니며 제2면으로부터 연장된 작은 기공 시스템과 중간 접속 되는 무기 막이며, 제1면은 막의 상부 측면상에 위치하는 마이크로-필터 장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 무기 막은 비대칭 애노드 산화 알루미늄막인 마이크로-필터 장치.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 애노드 산화 알루미늄 막의 작은 기공 시스템중의 기공은 5-150nm의 최소 직경을 지니는 마이크로-필터 장치.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 최소 직경은 30-120nm인 마이크로-필터 장치.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 주입구는 수동식 주사기로부터 유동액을 수취하도록 구비된 마이크로-필터 장치.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 예-필터는 유리 섬유인 마이크로-필터 장치.
  8. 주입구 및 배출구를 구비하며, 유동액 통로를 한정하며 직렬의 하기 두개의 필터가 상기 통로를 통해 연장되는 하우징으로 파함한 마이크로-필터 장치를 통해 액체를 통과하는 것으로 구성되며, 젠1필터는 예-필터이며, 제2필터는 가공에 의해 접속된 두며을 구비한 무기 막으로서, 제1면 근접 부위의 기공 직경은 제2면 근접부의 기공 직경보다 더크며, 제1면은 막의 상부측면상에 위치하는, 현탁 물질을 함유한 액체 처리방법.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서, 액체는 생물학적 유체인 방법.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서, 생물학적 유체는 혈청인 방법.
  11. 제 9항에 있어서, 현탁된 물질은 미코플라스마인 방법.
