Abstract

Claims (17)

  1. 사용자와 어떤 데이터 통신 장치간에 전기적인 형태로 정보를 전송하는 휴대용 통신 장치 (4)에 있어서, 상기 장치는 사용자의 행위에 의해 펼쳐질 수 있는 바깥 덮개 (10, 11); 및 상기 통신 장치 (4)와 사용자간에 상호작용을 실현하기 위한, 별도의 아이템들로서 제1입력 수단(5,7,8)을 갖는 제1사용자 인터페이스 및 제1지시수단 (9); 및 제2입력수단(13,14,l5,16,17) 및 제2지시 수단(12)을 구비하고, 상기 제1사용자 인터페이스는 부분들 (5,6,7,8,9)를 구비하고, 그 부분들은 상기 바깥 덮개 (10,11)의 사실상 바깥면위에 위치해 있어, 상기 바깥 덮개를 펼치지 않고 그들을 사용할 수 있고, 상기 제2사용자 인터페이스는 부분들 (12,13,14,15,16,17)을 구비하고, 그 부분들은 사실상 상기 바깥 덮개(10,11) 내부에 위치해 있어, 상기 바깥 덮개를 펼쳤을 때, 그들을 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 통신 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2사용자 인터페이스는 서로 독립적으로 사용될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
  3. 상기 항중 어느 항에 있어서, 상기 제1사용자 인터페이스는 사실상 음성을 두방향으로 전송하는 전화기 사용자 인터페이스이고, 마이크로 폰으로 및 스피커로부터의 소리를 조종하는 음성 채널링 수단 (5,6), 및 장치(4)의 동작을 제어하고, 장치로 데이터를 기입하기 위한 키들(7,8)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 바깥 덮개의 상기 바깥면은 제1측부 및 제2측부를 구비하고, 상기 소리 채널링 수단(5,6)은 상기 제1측부상에 위치하고, 상기 키들 (7,8)은 상기 제2측부상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신장치.
  5. 상기 항중 어느 항에 있어서, 상기 바깥 덮개 (10,11)은 횡단면에서 사실상 동일한 크기이고 돌쩌귀 결합에 의해 서로 연결된 제1부분(10) 및 제2부분(11)을 구비하여, 상기 바깥 덮개가 닫힐 때 그들은 서로에 사실상 대향하여 위치하고, 상기 바깥 덮개를 펼치기 위해 그들은 상기 돌쩌귀 결합 회전축을 중심으로 회전하여 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
  6. 상기 항중 어느 항에 있어서, 상기 제2사용자 인터페이스는 영 숫자 및/또는 그래픽 정보를 나타내기 위한 디스플레이 (12) 및 장치의 동작을 제어하고, 장치로 데이터를 기입하기 위한 키들 (13,14,15,16,17)은 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1부분 (10)은 상기 디스플레이 (12)를 구비하고, 상기 제2부분 (11)은 상기 키들(15,16,17)의 가장 큰 부분을 구비하는 것를 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
  8. 상기 항중 어느 항에 있어서, 상기 제2사용자 인터페이스는 약 30문자 키들 (15)을 구비하고, 그 키들은 사실상 어떤 확립된 키보드 순서에 따라서 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
  9. 제6항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2사용자 인터페이스는 상기 디스플레이 (12)에 정보를 스크롤링하기 위한 적어도 하나의 스크롤링 키 (13)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
  10. 상기 항중 어느 항에 있어서, 상기 제2사용자 인터페이스는 하나의 키를 눌러서 명령들을 장치에 기입하기 위한 적어도 하나의 명령 키 (14)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
  11. 상기 항중 어느 항에 있어서, 상기 통신 장치는 어플리케이션 프로그램을 실행하기 위한 수단을 구비하고, 상기 제2사용자 인터페이스는 하나의 키를 눌러서 어떤 어플리케이션 프로그램을 선박하기 위한 어플리케이션 키들 (16)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
  12. 상기 항중 어느 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 상기 통신 장치를 통해 텔리 팩스들을 전송하고 수신하는 팩스 모뎀을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
  13. 상기 항중 어느 항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이 (12)는 지정된 위치에서 상기 디스플레이 (12)를 접촉하여 장치 4로 그래픽 정보를 통신하기 위한 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
  14. 사용자와 어떤 데이터 통신 시스템간에 전기적인 형태로 정보를 전송하기 위한 휴대용 통신 장치 (4)에 있어서, 상기 장치는 상기 통신 장치 (4)와 사용자간에 상호작용을 실현하기 위하여, 별도의 제1 및 제2사용자 인터페이스들을 구비하고, 상기 제1사용자 인터페이스는 음성을 두 방향으로 전송하기 위한 사실상 전화기 사용자 인터페이스이고, 마이크로 폰으로 및 스피커로부터의 소리를 조종하기 위한 음성 채널링 수단 (5,6), 및 장치 (4)의 동작을 제어하고 장치로 데이터를 기입하기 위한 제1입력수단 (7,8)을 구비하고, 및 그의 제2사용자 인터페이스는 제2입력수단 (13,14,15,16,17) 및 지시기 수단 (12)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 통신 장치는 사용자의 행위에 의해 펼쳐질 수 있는 바깥 덮개 (10,11)를 구비하고, 상기 제1사용자 인터페이스는 상기 바깥 덮개 (10,11)의 사실상 바깥면상에 위치한 부분들 (5,6,7,8,9)를 구비하여, 상기 바깥 덮개를 펼치지 않고 그들을 사용할 수 있고, 상기 제2사용자 인터페이스는 상기 바깥 덮개(10,11)의 사실상 내부에 위치한 부분들 (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17)을 구비하여, 상기 바깥 덮개를 펼쳤을 때, 그들을 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 음성 채널링 수단 (5,6)은 상기 바깥 덮개의 제1부분에 위치하고, 상기 제1입력수단 (7,8)은 상기 바깥 덮개의 제2부분에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
  17. 제14,15 또는 16항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2사용자 인터페이스들은 서로 독립적으로 사용될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
