Abstract

본 발명은 고지방산 메틸에스테르의 용도 다시말하면 12 혹은 그 이상의 탄소원자의 탄소쇄를 갖는 지방산의 메틸모노에스테르 예를 들면 평지씨기름 메틸에스테르에 관한 것으로 주조기술에서 사용되는 주형재료를 위한 폴리우레탄 결합제의 하나 또는 두 성분을 위한 용매이며 그 성분은 반응참가제로서 유리 OH 기와 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 페놀수지로 구성되어 있다.
지방산 메틸에스테르는 단독의 용매가 될 수 있다. 그러나 그들은 적어도 폴리이소시아네이트를 위해서는 높은 비등점의 방향족 하이드로카본과 함께 사용되는데 이때 지방산 메틸에스테르의 양은 하이드로카본의 양을 초과해야 하고 그들은 적어도 페놀수지를 위해서는 보다 높은 극성을 가진 용매와 함께 사용될 수 있다.
지방산 메틸에스테르의 용도는 괄목할만한 장점을 가져온다. 특히 이제까지 피할 수 없었던 높은 비등점의 방향족 하이드로카본의 첨가는 이제 더이상 필요없고 과감하게 최소화 할수 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 반응물질로서 유리 OH기를 포함하는 페놀수지와 폴리이소시아네이트 및 반응물질의 적어도 어느 하나를 위해 용매 혹은 용매성분으로서 지방산 메틸에스테르를 포함하며 그 지방산 메틸에스테르는 12탄소원자의 탄소쇄를 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 지방산의 메틸모노에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 주조주형재료를 위한 폴리우레탄 기조의 결합제계.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 폴리이소시아네이트를 위한 용매로서 지방산 메틸에스테르를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 결합제계.
  3. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 폴리이소시아네이트를 위한 용매로서 높은 비등점의 방향족 하이드로카본과 함께 지방산 메틸에스테르를 포함하고 그 지방산 메틸에스테르의 양이 하이드로카본의 양을 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합제계.
  4. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 페놀수지를 위한 용매로서 보다 높은 극성의 용매와 함께 지방산 메틸에스테르를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 결합제계.
  5. 반응제로 유리 OH 기를 포함하는 페놀수지와 폴리이소시아네이트를 갖고 페놀수지 및/또는 폴리이소시아네이트는 용매 혹은 용매성분으로서 지방산 메틸에스테르에 용해되어 있으며 그 지방산 메틸에스테르는 12탄소원자의 탄소쇄를 갖는 하나 또는 그 이상의 지방산의 모노메틸에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 주조주형재료를 위한 결합제계의 제조방법.
  6. 청구범위 제5항에 있어서, 지방산 메틸에스테르가 적어도 폴리이소시아네이트를 위한 독립용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합제계의 제조방법.
  7. 청구범위 제5항에 있어서, 지방산 메틸에스테르가 적어도 폴리이소시아네이트를 위한 용매로서 높은 비등점의 방향족 하이드로카본과 함께 사용되고 그 지방산 메틸에스테르의 양이 하이드로카본의 양을 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합제계의 제조방법.
  8. 청구범위 제5항에 있어서, 지방산 메틸에스테르가 적어도 페놀수지를 위한 용매로서 보다 높은 극성의 용매와 함께 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 결합제계의 제조방법.
  9. 주조기술에서 사용되는 주형재료를 위한 폴리우레탄결합제의 일 또는 두 요소를 위한 용매 또는 용매성분으로서 더 높은 지방산의 메틸에스테르이고 그 결합제계의 성분은 반응제로서 유리 OH 기를 포함하는 페놀수지와 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 결합제계의 용도.
  10. 폴리우레탄의 결합에 의해 형성되는 결합제계의 수단에 의하며 반응제로서 유리 OH기를 포함하는 페놀수지와 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하고 결합제의 일 또는 두 요소는 지방산 메틸에스테르를 포함하는 용매에 용해되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 주형혼합물로부터 주조주형과 코어를 제조하는 제조방법.
  11. 반응제로서 유리 OH기를 포함하는 페놀수지와 폴리이소시아네이트 포함하고 또 반응제의 적어도 어느 하나를 위한 용매 혹은 용매 성분으로서 지방산 메틸에스테르를 포함하며 주형몰드와 코어의 생산을 위한 주형 혼합물을 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄기조결합제의 용도.
