Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 속도를 제어하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 제1제어 유니트에 의한 기관 출력에 영향을 미치도록할 수가 있다. 제2제어 유니트에 의해 제동 출력에 영향을 미치도록할 수가 있다. 상기 2개의 제어 유니트는 주행 속도 조정 또는 주행 속도 제한하도록 협동한다. 다음의 량 즉, 회전수, 속도, 가속도, 분사된 연료량 및/또는 트로틀 밸브 위치중 적어도 하나로부터 출발하고, 목표 속도를 유지하기 위해 기관 출력의 저감으로 충분한지를 견적한다. 필요에 따라서 상기 제2제어 유니트가 제동 출력을 높인다.

Claims (10)

  1. 제1제어 유니트에 의해 기관 출력에 영향을 미치도록 하고, 제2제어 유니트에 의해 제동 출력에 영향을 미치도록 하며, 상기 2개의 제어 유니트는 주행 속도 조정 또는 주행 속도 제한하도록 협동하고, 여기에 있어서 다음의 량 즉, 회전수, 속도, 가속도, 분사된 연료량 및/또는 트로틀 밸브 위치중 적어도 하나로부터 출발하며, 목표 속도를 유지하기 위해 기관출력의 저감으로 충분한지를 견적하고 또한 필요에 따라서 상기 제2제어 유니트가 제동 출력을 높이는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 속도 제어 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 주행 저항 모멘트를 주행속도, 가속도, 트로틀 밸브 위치 및/또는 분사된 연료량의 함수로서 특성 맵으로부터 판독되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 속도 제어 방법.
  3. 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 기관 모멘트를 회전수, 트로틀 밸브 위치 및/또는 분사된 연료량의 함수로서 특성 맵으로부터 판독되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 속도 제어 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1제어 유니트는 상기 기관 모멘트와 주행 저항 모멘트의 비교에 의존하고, 제동출력을 높이기 위해서 제2제어 유니트에 신호를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 속도 제어 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신호로서 적어도 하나의 디지탈 또는 아날로그 감속도 신호 또는 제동 압력 또는 제동 모멘트를 지시하는 신호를 상기 제2제어 유니트에 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 속도 제어 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신호로서, ARS 기준 속도를 구하기 위해 사용되는 목표 속도를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 속도 제어 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제동 출력의 증가를 제동등을 사용하여 지시하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 속도 제어 방법.
  8. 기관 출력에 영향을 미치도록 하기 위한 제1제어 유니트와, 제동 출력에 영향을 미치도록 하기 위한 제2제어 유니트를 구비하고, 여기에 있어서 상기 2개의 제어 유니트는 주행속도 조정 또는 주행 속도 제한하도록 협동하며, 다음의 량 즉, 회전수, 속도, 가속도, 분사된 연료량 및/또는 트로틀 밸브 위치 중 적어도 하나로부터 출발하고, 목표 속도를 유지하기 위해 기관 출력의 저감으로 충분한 지를 견적하는 수단을 구비하며, 또한 필요에 따라서 상기 제2제어 유니트가 제동 출력을 높이는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 속도 제어 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제동등은 한쪽에 있어서 공급 전압에 접속되어 있고 또한 다른쪽에 있어서 스위칭 수단을 거쳐서 어스에 접속되어 있으며, 상기 스위칭 유니트는 상기 제2제어 유니트에 의해 제어 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 속도 제어 방법.
  10. 제1항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2제어 유니트는 ASB/ASR 제어 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 속도 제어 방법.
