Abstract

Es wird eine Steuereinrichtung für Verbrennungsmotoren (10) landwirtschaftlicher oder gewerblicher Fahrzeuge, insbesondere für Ackerschleppermotoren, beschrieben, die wenigstens eine Speichereinheit (22) zur Speicherung von Motorkennfeldern enthält und die in Abhängigkeit von einstellbaren Sollwertvorgaben unter Berücksichtigung wenigstens eines Motorkennfelds Steuersignale an ein elektronisch geregeltes Einspritzsystem (12) zur Einstellung der Kraftstoffeinspritzmenge abgibt.
Um mit einem einzigen, kostengünstig herstellbaren Fahrzeug einen weiten Anwendungsbereich abzudecken zu können wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Steuereinrichtung (18) die Signale wenigstens eines Fahrgeschwindigkeitssensors (24) erfaßt und die maximale Motorleistung in Abhängigkeit der Fahrgeschwindigkeit begrenzt.
Insbesondere erfolgt für eine vorgebbare Fahrzeughöchstgeschwindigkeit keine Begrenzung der Motorleistung, während bei tiefere Fahrgeschwindigkeiten eine Begrenzung auf Motorleistungen erfolgt, die kleiner als die Motornennleistung sind.
