Abstract

비닐에스테르 코폴리머 또는(메타)아크릴산에스테르 코폴리머를 기재로한 가교할수 있고, 재분산 시킬수 있는 분산분말을 건식접결 섬유재의 바인더로서 사용된다.
탄소원자 1∼15를 가진 분기 또는 미분기 아킬카르복실산의 비닐에스테르의 그룹에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 모노머의 비닐에스테 코포리머, 탄소원자 1∼10을 가진 알코올의 메타크릴산에스테르와 아크릴산에스테르의 그룹에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 모노머의(메타)아크릴산에스테르 코폴리머에는 각각 그 코폴리머의 총중량을 기준으로하여 하나 또는 그 이상의 에틸렌 불포화 가교 코모노머 0.1∼10wt%를 포함한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 비닐에스테르 코폴리머는 탄소원자 1∼15을 가진 미분기(unbranched) 또는 분기 알킬 카르복실산의 비닐에스테르로 구성되는 그룹에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 모노머로 구성하고, (메타)아크릴산 에스테르 코폴리머는 탄소원자 1∼10을 가진 알코올의 메타크릴산 에스테르 및 아크릴산에스테르로 구성하는 그룹에서 하나 또는 그 이상의 모노머로 구성되며, 비닐에스테르 및 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르 코폴리머는 각각의 경우, 그 코폴리머의 총중량을 기준으로하여 가교 작용을 가진 하나 또는 그 이상의 에틸렌 불포화 코포노머 0.1∼10wt%로 구성함을 특징으로하는, 섬유재의 건조접결(dry binding)용 바인더로서 비닐 에스테르 코폴리머 또는 (메타)아크릴산에스테르 코폴리머를 기재로한 가교할 수 있고 재분산 시킬수 있는 분산분말의 사용.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그 분마라은 아클릴아미드 글리콜산(AGA), 메틸아크릴아미드글리콜산 메틸에스테르(MAGME), N-메틸올아클릴아미드 (NMAA), N-메틸올메타크릴아미드, 알킬 N-메틸올카르바메이트, 이소부톡시에테르 등 알킬에테르, 또는 N-메틸올아크릴아미이드, N-메틸올메타크릴아마이드 또는 아릴 N-메틸올카르바메이트의 에스테르로 구성되는 그룹에서 가교작용을 가진 하나 또는 그 이상의 코모노머로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 사용.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 그 비닐에스테르 코폴리머는 비닐아세테이트 70∼95wt%, 에틸렌5∼25wt% 및/또는 디이소프로필 푸마레이트 5∼30wt% 및 N-메틸을 (메타)아크릴아마이드 0.1∼10.0wt%로 구성되거나, 또는 비닐아세테이트 50∼70wt%, VeoVa9(상표명) 및/또는 VeoBa10(상표명)10∼30wt%, 에틸렌 5∼25wt% 및 N-메틸을(메타)아크릴아미드 0.1∼10.0wt%로 구성되거나, 또는 비닐아세테이트 15∼50wt%, 비닐클로라이드 및/또는 디이소프로필 푸마레이트 30∼65wt%, 에틸렌 5∼25wt% 및 N-메탄올 (메타)아크릴아마이드 0.1∼10.0wt%로 구성되거나, 또는 비닐아세테이트 50∼70wt%, N-부틸아크릴레이트 또는 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트 1∼30wt%, 에틸렌 5∼25wt% 및 N-메틸을 (메타)아크릴아마이드 0.1∼10.0wt%로 조성함을 특징으로 하는 사용.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, (메타)아크릴산 에스테르 코폴리머는 메틸메타크릴레이트 30∼70wt%, N-부틸아크릴레이트 및/또는 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트 70∼30wt%, N-메틸을 (메타)아크릴아마이드 0.1∼10wt%로 구성되거나, 또는 스티렌 30∼70wt% 및 N-부틸아크릴레이트 0.1∼10wt%로 구성함을 특징으로하는 사용.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 그 가교할수 있고, 분산시킬수 있는 분산분말은 목질섬유, 셀룰로오스 섬유, 울(wool), 변, 광물섬유, 세라믹섬유, 비스코오스섬유, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아마이드, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 또는 탄소의 섬유 비닐클로라이드의 호모 및 코폴리머의 섬유 또는 테트라플루오로에틸렌의 호모 또는 코폴리머의 섬유등 섬유형성 폴리머를 기재로한 합성섬유를 컴팩팅(compacting)하는데 사용함을 특징으로하는 사용.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 그 섬유 중량을 기준으로하여 그 가교할수 있고, 재분산 시킬수 있는 분산분말 5∼50wt%를 선택적으로, 기계적으로 사전에 컴팩팅시킨 섬유재에 스프링클(sprinkle) 상태로 처리하거나 진탕하며, 또는 그 섬유와 직접 혼합시키며, 그 혼합물은 그 분말이 스프링클상태로 처리한 전후에 섬유와 바인더의 건조혼합물의 총중량을 기준으로하여 물 5∼60wt%로 가습시키며, 그 시트형상구조 또는 그 형성제품을 10bar 이내의 압력에서 온도 100∼200℃로 가열시켜 그 섬유를 접결(binding) 시킴을 특징으로하는 사용.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 그 분산분말은 그 가습섬유에 스프링클 상태로 처리시키며, 그 물은 온도 80∼110℃에서 기류(stream of air)중에 그 섬유구조를 가열시켜 제거하고, 그 열가교전에 그 섬유에 다시 물을 분무시킴을 특징으로하는 사용.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 그 가교할수 있고 재분산시킬수 있는 분산분말은 섬유재 몰딩 제조에서 섬유의 접결(bindind), 유리섬유의 접결, 속(wadding)의 접결, 섬유에서 부직포재의 제조 및 니들펠트(needle felt)의 제조에 사용함을 특징으로 하는 사용.
