Abstract
유지성분 중량에 대하여 40wt.% 이상의 SUS 타입 트리글리세리드를 함유한 유지성분 95∼40wt.%와 라우린 유지성분 5∼60wt.%를 함유해서 된 아이스크리임등의 냉동과자 제조용 유지원료가 개시되어 있다. 위에 나온 유지원료를 사용한 냉동과자도 개시되어 있다.

Claims (7)
- 유지성분 중량에 대하여 40wt.% 이상의 SUS 타입 트리글리세리드를 함유한 유지성분 95∼40wt.%와 라우린 유지성분 5∼60wt.%를 함유해서 된 냉동과자 제조용 유지원료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 40wt.% 이상의 SUS 타입 트리글리세리드를 함유한 유지성분이 파암 중간 획분인 유지원료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원료를 아이스 크리임 제조에 사용되는 유지원료.
- 제1항에 의한 유지원료를 함유한 냉동과자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 유지원료중에서 40wt.% 이상의 SUS 타입 트리글리세리드를 함유한 유지성분이 파암 중간 획분인 냉동과자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 냉동과자가 아이스 크리임인 냉동과자.
- 제1항에 의한 유지원료를 기타의 원료와 혼합하여서 되는 냉동과자의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
