Claims (3)

  1. 유지, 초콜리트성분, 수분, 당류, 및 HLB치가 2이하, 바람직하게는 1이하인 자당지방산 에스테르를 필수성분으로 함유하고, 수중유형에멀션이며 5℃에 점도가 100∼4000 센티포이즈(B형점도계, 도쿄게이기(주) 제)인 초코리트성분인 함유식푸.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 헥사 메타인산염을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초콜리트 함유성분.
  3. 유상, 수상 및 초콜리트성분을 혼합유화하여 초콜리트성분 함유식품을 제조함에 있어서, 유화제로서 HLB치가 2이하, 바람직하게는 1이하인 자당지방산 에스테르를 사용하고, 5℃에 있어서 점도가 100 ∼4000센티포이즈(B형점도계, 도쿄게이기(주) 제) 인 수중유형에멀션을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 초콜리트성분 함유식품의 제조법.
