Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un producto de aderezo de aceite emulsificado, caracterizado porque comprende: a) de alrededor de 30 a aproximadamente 65 por ciento de un componente graso que comprende: 1. de 50 a 90 por ciento de un material graso comestible bajo en calorías completa o parcialmente indigerible que tiene: a) una viscosidad de 0.5 a 800 poise a 37.8 grados C y una rapidez de corte de 10 segundos -1; b) una estabilidad líquido/sólido de por lo menos 30 por ciento a 37.8 grados C; y c) un contenido de grasas sólidas no mayor que 30 por ciento a 37 grados C; 2. de 10 a 50 por ciento de aceite de triglicérido; b. de 30 a 60 por ciento de un componente de pasta de aderezo para ensaladas que comprende: 1. un espesador seleccionado del grupo que consiste de almidones, gomas comestibles y mezclas de los mismos; y 2. agua.
