Claims (7)
- (가) 식용유로서, 불포화 지방산을 포함하지 않는 유지와, (나) 유화제로서, 글리세린 지방산 에스테르와, (다) 안정화제로서, 펙틴과 미리 젤라틴화 된 전분의 혼합물과를 필수 구성 요건으로 하는 아이스 식품용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 불포화지방산을 포함하지 않는 유지가, 지방산 트리글리세리드인, 아이스 식품용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 글리세린 지방산 에스테르가, 헥사 글리세린 모노스테아레이트인 아이스 식품용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 수용성 유화액인 아이스 식품용 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전체 조성물의 합계량에 대하여, 20내지 40중량%의 감미료와 2내지 10중량%의 불포화 지방산을 포함하지 않는 유지와, 0.1내지 1중량%의 글리세린 지방산 에스테르와, 0.5내지 1.5중량%의 펙틴 및 1.5내지 2.5중량%의 미리 젤라틴화된 전분의 혼합물과, 40내지 70중량%의 수분으로 구성되는 아이스 식품용 조성물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유화액이 냉동된 유화액 상태인 아이스 식품용 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 냉동된 유화액이 우유 또는 우유음료와 혼합되어 세이크를 만드는 것이 아이스 식품용 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
