Claims (7)

  1. (가) 식용유로서, 불포화 지방산을 포함하지 않는 유지와, (나) 유화제로서, 글리세린 지방산 에스테르와, (다) 안정화제로서, 펙틴과 미리 젤라틴화 된 전분의 혼합물과를 필수 구성 요건으로 하는 아이스 식품용 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 불포화지방산을 포함하지 않는 유지가, 지방산 트리글리세리드인, 아이스 식품용 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 글리세린 지방산 에스테르가, 헥사 글리세린 모노스테아레이트인 아이스 식품용 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 수용성 유화액인 아이스 식품용 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 전체 조성물의 합계량에 대하여, 20내지 40중량%의 감미료와 2내지 10중량%의 불포화 지방산을 포함하지 않는 유지와, 0.1내지 1중량%의 글리세린 지방산 에스테르와, 0.5내지 1.5중량%의 펙틴 및 1.5내지 2.5중량%의 미리 젤라틴화된 전분의 혼합물과, 40내지 70중량%의 수분으로 구성되는 아이스 식품용 조성물.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유화액이 냉동된 유화액 상태인 아이스 식품용 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 냉동된 유화액이 우유 또는 우유음료와 혼합되어 세이크를 만드는 것이 아이스 식품용 조성물.
