Abstract
유동이 유입하는 측에 있는 스월발생기(100) 포함하는 버너에 있어, 이 스월발생기에서 형성된 유동(40)은 혼합부(220) 내로 원활하게 전달된다. 이것은 혼합튜브(220)가 시작되는 부분에 위치하며 천이통로(201)로 이루어지는 천이부의 도움으로 행해지며, 천이통로는 스월발생기(100)의 분할체의 갯수에 따라 혼합부(220)의 끝면에 있는 섹터들을 덮으며 그리고 유동방향으로 나선형태로 형성된다. 천이통로(201)의 유출측에는 구멍(21)들이 혼합부(220)를 관통해 형성되며, 이 구멍(21)들은 튜브벽을 따르는 유동속도를 증대시킨다. 혼합부(220)는 연소실(30)과 인접하고 있으며, 이 연소실(30)과 혼합부(220)사이의 단면점프 부위에서 역류영역(50)이 연소셀내에 형성된다.

Claims (14)
- 특히 연소공기류를 위한 스월발생기와 연료분사 수단으로 이루어지며 열발생기로서의 버너에 있어서, 혼합부(220)가 스월발생기(100)의 하류에 설치되고 이 스월발생기(100)의 하류의 혼합부(220)는 유동방향으로 상기 혼합부의 천이편(200) 안으로 이어지는 천이통로(201)를 갖고 있으며, 이 천이통로가 상기 스월발생기(100)에서 형성된 유동(40)을 상기 혼합부(220)의 천이통로(201)의 하류에 설치된 튜브(20)안으로 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합부(220)가 튜브형 혼합요소로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흔합부(220)에 있는 천이통로(201)의 갯수가 상기 스월발생기(100)의 분할체의 갯수와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천이통로(201)하류의 혼합부(220)에 공기류를 분사하기 위한 구멍(21)들이 유동방향과 원구방향으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천이통로(201) 하류의 혼합부(220)에 공기류를 분사하기 위한 접하는 구멍들이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천이통로(201) 하류에 있는 혼합부(220)의 튜브(20)의 단면이 상기 스월발생기(100)에서 형성된 유동(40)의 단면보다 작거나 크거나 또는 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천이통로(201)가 혼합부(220) 끝면의 섹터를 덮으며 유동방향으로 나선형태를 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합부(220)의 끝에 디퓨저가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연소실(30)이 상기 혼합부(220)의 하류에 설치되며 이 혼합부(220)와 연소실(30) 사이에 단면점프가 존재하고, 이 단면점프가 연소실(30)의 초기유동단면을 나타내며, 그리고 역류영역(50)이 상기 단면점프 부분에서 발생할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스월발생기(100)는 두개 이상의 중공원추형 분할제(101,102;130,131,132,133;140,141,142,143)로 구성되고 이를 분할체는 유동방향으로 하나가 다른 것을 감싸는 식으로 되어 있으며, 이를 분할체의 길이방향 대칭축선(10lb,102b; 130a,131a,132a,133a; 140a,141a,142a,143a)이 오프셋되어 있어 상기 분할체의 인접하는 벽들 사이에 연소공기류(115)를 위한 것으로 길이방향으로 접하는 덕트(119,120)가 형성되어 있고, 그리고 하나 이상의 연료노즐(103)이 상기 분할체로 형성된 원추형 중공부(114)에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너.
- 제l0항에 있어서, 다른 연료노즐(117)이 상기 접하는 덕트(119,120)의 길이방향으로 이동 덕트 부위에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 분할체(140,141,142,143)의 단면이 블레이드 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 버너.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 분할체가 유동방향으로 증대 또는 감소하는 원추형체로서 일정한 원추각을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 버너.
