Claims (6)
- 案内翼(20)が、半径方向に対してブレードヘッド(23)とデッキプレート(21)の間に延びるブレード板(22)を有し、そのブレード板の内部には、冷却通路(30,31,32)が延びており、その冷却通路には、案内翼(20)を冷却するための冷媒が流れる、ガスタービン(10)用の案内翼(20)において、
ブレード板(22)が、半径方向に対してブレード板(22)の横断面と冷却通路(30,31,32)の横断面の差であるブレード材料の横断面を有することと、
そのブレード材料の横断面が、ブレードヘッド(23)からのブレード板(22)の高さ(h)に沿って変化しており、ブレードヘッド(23)からのブレード板(22)の高さ(h)に応じて最も小さくなる部分を有し、この最も小さくなる部分が、ブレードヘッド(23)からのブレード板(22)の高さ(h)の20%〜40%の範囲内に有ることと、
を特徴とする案内翼。 - 冷媒が空気と蒸気の中の一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の案内翼。
- 案内翼が空間内を湾曲する形状を有することと、
ブレード板(22)の内部には、半径方向に延びる三つの冷却通路(30,31,32)が、高温ガスフロー(29)の方向に対して順番に配置されるとともに、ブレード板(22)の両端に設けられた方向転換領域によって互いに接続されていることと、
冷媒が冷却通路(30,31,32)を順番に逆転する方向に貫流することと、
冷却通路(30,31,32)が、半径方向に対してブレード板(22)の湾曲部に沿って空間内を延びていることと、
を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の案内翼。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の案内翼を備えたガスタービン(10)において、
案内翼(20)が、ガスタービン(10)のタービン(15,18)内に配置されていることを特徴とするガスタービン。 - ガスタービン(10)が、高圧タービン(15)を後続する第一燃焼室(14)と、低圧タービン(18)を後続する第二燃焼室(17)とを備えた順次燃焼式ガスタービンであることと、
案内翼(20)が、低圧タービン(18)内に配置されていることと、
を特徴とする請求項4に記載のガスタービン。 - 当該の低圧タービンが、フロー方向に並んだ、案内翼から成る複数の配列を備えていることと、
案内翼(20)が、中央の案内翼配列に配置されていることと、
を特徴とする請求項5に記載のガスタービン。
