Abstract
본 발명은, 각종전기·전자기기에 사용되는 압분코어에 관한 것으로서, 코어손실이 작은 압분코어를 염가로 제공하고, 또 코어손실이 작고 또한 기계적강도가 높은 압분코어를 제공하는 것을 목적으로한것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 강자성금속분말과 절연제를 압분한 후, 어니일링한 코어이며, 상기 강자성금속분말이, Fe, Al 및 Si를 함유한 거의 구상의 강자성금속입자로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이로서, 100KHz에 있어서의 투자율을 50이상으로 할 수 있고, 100KHz에서 100mT의 자계를 인가한때의 코어손실을 450KW/㎥이하로 할 수 있고, 25KHz에서 200mT의 자계를 인가했을때의 코어손실을 300KW/㎥이하로 할 수 있는 압분코어를 실현할 수 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 가스애트마이즈법에 의해 제조한 센더스트분말의 주사형전자현미경사진.
제2도는 용해주조한 잉곳(ingot)을 분쇄해서 제조한 센더스트분말의 주사형전자현미경사진.
제3도는 역률(力率)개선회로를 포함한 회로의 일예를 표시한 회로도.
Claims (6)
- 강자성금속분말과 절연제를 압분한 후, 어니일링한 코어로서, 상기 강자성금속분말이, Fe, Al 및 Si를 함유한 거의 구상의 강자성금속입자로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압분코어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강자성금속입자를 소직경의 것으로부터 적산하고, 강자성금속부말전체의 50중량%로 되었을때의 입자직경D50이 15∼65㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 압분코어.
- 제2항에 있어서, 강자성금속입자를 소직경의 것으로부터 적산하고, 강자성금속분말전체의 10중량%로 되었을때의 입자직경 D10이 6∼20㎛이고, 강자성금속분말전체의 90중량%가 되있을때의 입자직경 D90이 25∼100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 압분코어.
- 제1항∼제3항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 압분코어에 함유된 강자성금속입자의 격자변형이 10%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 압분코어.
- 제1항∼제4항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 압분코어에 함유된 강자성금속입자의 보자력이 0.350e이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 압분코어.
- 제1항∼제5항에 어느 한항에 있어서, 100KHz에 있어서의 투자율이 50이상이고, 100KHz에서 100mT의 자계를 인가했을때의 코어손실이 450KW/㎥이하이고, 25KHz에서 200mT의 자계를 인가했을때의 코어손실이 300KW/㎥이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 압분코어.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
